I have lost 62000 rs he told for loan 1st registration charge approval charge GST TDS totally paid but loan not approved. My total money lost he is a big fraud company I lost my dream

Please complaint a case against money bazaar india ltd. Iam shailesh from kerala. I applied loan in money bazaar. One of the representative from moneybazaar his name is chandravir singh his mobile number : [protected]. He offered 400000 loan to me from hsbc bank. But after the document verification proces, he told to pay processing fee. I was pay the processing fee. After processing fee they ask cheque cleaing charges, tds, gst charges total around 62000/- but unfortunately i need very urgent financial needs for an hospital case. So i transfer all charges to his sbi account (Account number : [protected]) but he is fraud he again and again asking such feeses. I decide to cancel the loan process and refund my money. But he told money will not get refund. Because that money lost. His account number mentioned below. My money is full lost i dont know what can i do?
Please raise complaint and put these dirty criminals to jail. I beg you. Because iam from a poor family. But these people are fooling me. I lost my hard earned money
