Dear sir, i have applied loan in moneyview loans through my true caller APP on 22july 2021 & i have submitted upto loan aggrement also on 24july 2021 but till now after 4days also my money not disbursed.

i have given mail to [protected]@moneyview.in for above issue but till now my amount not credited in the account....

Application date - 16th July 2019

On 19 th of July, I got a call from their loan documents verification team and they asked secondary contact number and said the loan is approved and they will contact soon for Agreement. 10 minutes after that I got another call and they congratulated me for an approved loan and asked me to sign a 2.85L Rs auto-debit NACH authorisation, the person forced me to submit by 4 PM so that they can process loan disbursal in next 30 minute, on sharp 4 PM that person again called me as I was late to submit. After submitting the NACH one more person called from their agreement team and asked me to sign a Loan agreement and said the money will be disbursed in a while. now it's 3 days from agreement submission. I have tried reaching them more than 10 times but no one received call, emailed 5 times but no response.
