I ordered a dress on November 22 nd 2024 on moon goddess couture with an amount of nearly 1500 but I didn’t received any product till date every time I email them they are saying a constant reply of 57-90 working days but it’s already completed 160 days but no response...

I had placed an order with Moongoddess Couture on 15th September 2023 with order ID 398620 amounting RS 1029 inc courier charges
Their website mentioned of maximum 57-90 working days from the date of order . I am yet to receive the order till date . Every time we mail only get a standard reply that it is under process but no update about dispatch .
