Asked for refund and did not get any sort of communication back. No phone number on the website (will keep this in mind in the future when shopping online)

I am writing to complain regarding their unethical misselling tactics online. I purchased a combination on two trousers based on their ad on meta. The product they deliver are of such inferior quality against a very exorbitant price tag. I had purchase their product on a 'payment on delivery' basis. The delivery guy didn't allow me to open the product unless I made the payment first. When i opened the product i was so disappointed that i immediately asked for a refund. They don't even have a return or exchange policy. They are now asking me to ship their product to them for a credit note. Iv attached pictures of what they delivered vs what they advertised. Can they get any more 'con' than this?

Moonstich are portraying different product on website for buying and then send utter Rubbish Quality different poor quality Pants with totally Different Fabric which can easily be noticed with Website pictures. It is Rather Fraud website as their condition is such that people are getting cheated. There is no contact number for the Web. Please kindly put an end to this Business so other people are not cheated....

Products is bed I don't like this product solve my problem

I had order 2 pants set. The quality of the product is poor, absolutely not matching with the product photos shown in website. You can verify the stitch line. Packaging is also different than shown.
I have requested for return but they are saying return is not possible as I have seen the product and then ordered.
Still behind them to return.
