Regarding Charging issue in motorola g9 power handset

I brought motorolla g9 power handset from flipcart in october 2020 and there is continuous problem (charging issue)in the handset .i have submit the handset with charger and cable several times in motorolla authorised service center(earliar Baddi then in Chandigah) for repair but they make temporary treatment every time. After Being used for two or three days same problem happen again after every maintance work.

Service center

Dear Sir,
This is Rajesh Kerkar,
H. No. 161, New Vaddem, Vasco-da-gama, Goa. 403802.
I had bought my Moto G Puls, 4th Gen (Black, 32 gb) from Amazon Dated:18 Oct, 2016. Invoice No:TN-MAA[protected], Order ID[protected]. (Copy Attached)
After using for about 6 and half months it developed defects, so as per requirement I submitted my handset for repairs to a authorized service center namely Ccom Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. At Panjim, Goa, on 24th of May, 2017, with the problems listed as below : (copy of the same attached)
1. Handset complete Dead, 2. Sencer issues, 3. Bettery drains quickly.
where they repaired it and returned it by replacing/changing the complete board.
Please note that due to change of board the IMEI; WAS ALSO CHANGED
ORIGINAL IMEI : [protected]
AFTER REPAIRS: [protected]
Within three months of further use, the hand set developed defects again as mentioned below:
1. Bettery drains fast, 2. Hand set hangs up, 3. Over heating, 4. Display reflects previous app used in back ground.
I took the same to the above mentioned service center, to which he asked to give it to Orion Communications, Authorised Service Center, Khalap Building, Mapusa-GOA, 403507. (Copy Attached) after submission of my hand set I visited the center several times, I also complained to through the call center and the call center executive even spoke to the service center during the call and disconnected the call I again called the complain toll No but all in vain and when asked the service center fellow asked to come back after few days, without mentioning the except date. After which I visited several time but till date I have not received my handset, it has been three years now and losing patience.
Hence I request you Sir to kindly look into the mater and give justice along with compensation for the harassment, and so many visits to the center which is around 40 Km from my residence

Mobile handset gets automatically switch off with high vibration

I am facing issue with handset that it gets automatically switch off with high vibration. Handset is been used very carefully but still such problem is seen within two months from the date if purchase. I want the handset to be replaced with new one.
This mobile is likely to get a big spot n can turn in to fire like bomb and can effect me.
If i get any problem on my body or any other part then company will be held responsible for it.
Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis.

Poor service and customer support by motorolla

I have submitted my phone at one of the service centre of motolla on 25th february and was supposed to recieved the repaired phone on 14th of march. They kept on extending the dates without prior information. Whenever i used to enquire about my phone then only they said that it is not repaired and will take more time. Even on our complaint to customer care no proper response was given. The process was delayed. Finally when the phone got repaired, they were not ready to extend my warranty. They kept my phone for more than two months. I called customer care to speed up the process but our matter was not taken seriously. Still the warranty extension is pending and they yet there is no reply from the motorolla. On calling the customer care they just gave us a date to call and we never received any call. We called motorolla customer care several time and yet no positive response was seen. This is our last hope to get any help.

Pathetic service from motorola (service centers are helpless as motorola does not have spares

Problem : power on /off issue
Work order no: mul/mg/15/03237
Motorolla xplay was one of the excellent mobile i have used till date but now after its service issues its one of the worst mobile i have used.
When i gave my mobile to service center they clearly told we cannot tell u the time for repair it might take 1 month or 3 months, they said company doesn’t sent parts to us on time and its service is pathetic.
Later i never got any update or sms about my mobile service status.
When i personally called service center they told we have received mother board for your mobile but unfortunately it is google locked therefore cannot use it.
Than said to unlock we require dongle from motorolla which we have not received even after sending no of emails.
Than i spoke to call center [protected] were i was shocked as the agent told me my work order status is showing repaired. (If status is repaired than it clearly states service center people are misusing my mobile or mobile parts.)
That poor call center agent was helpless and telling me he also don’t know why service center people r telling lies. Agent suggested me a stupid idea like visiting service center again and calling helpline number so that call center people can also have a word with service center guy.
(Now who will explain that agent that motorolla hardly have any service center left in mumbai, thane and navi mumbai –all the sevice centers have shut down, to visit service center i have to travel from vashi to mulund by paying minimum toll of rs.70/- and 400 for petrol in my car plus wasting 4 hours for travelling, for visit i have to take at least an half day in my office as service centers are closed after office hours.)
I again called up service center than those poor guys sitting over there gave me western region service manager mr. Ramashankar phone number [protected].
Was trying to call on the number for about an hour but mr. Ramashankar never picked my call and didn’t have a courtesy to give call back.
Now i really trust and petty “bell n tell” authorized service center staff as they are helpless and have become helpless with this kind of service from motorolla.
