Moveit Cargo Packers and Movers provided fake insurance copy for the items insured. They provided the insurance of Reliance and when I connected to the company for claim they mentioned that it was a fake insurance copy.

Initially the items were quoted for 15K but after the items pickup were done the guy Anil sent a different quotation of around 45K and demanded the full money and blackmailed me that if I don't pay I won't get the goods.

Even after paying the full amount of 45K he stole few of my cartoons and broken most of my items. Now with the fake insurance I cannot make any claim and those guys are not answering the phone as well.

I booked Moveit Packers and Movers to transport my luggage from one city to another. They informed me that charges would be based on a per-carton basis. After I asked about extra charges, they assured me it would be calculated as a total, and I agreed.

After picking up my luggage, they sent me a new quotation that was three times higher than the initial amount. When I inquired about it, they explained that it included insurance, GST, green tax, etc. I initially argued but eventually agreed, as I wanted my luggage back.

The next day, they insisted that I pay the full amount in advance before delivery, claiming they needed to pay a third party for the delivery. I almost agreed, but then I decided to check their reviews online and found numerous negative comments about fraud.

I'm confused about how they can operate so openly and why no action seems to have been taken against them. What should I do to get my luggage back?

We booked a household transportation in night on 28-feb-2024 in 15000/- from Noida TO Bhind, MOVEIT PACKERS AND MOVERS. They came in morning and packed everything. Now initially we discussed 50-50 payment, they said pay the half. We were relaxed as we move our home. Then we moved out of that house being relaxed. Now in night Anil Kumar call us saying our transport is in Agra and we need to pay full payment, extra charge will be applied per day 2500 for halting. He made a bill of approx. 29000/- and said to pay the bill. We asked why this much? Then he says Insurance is also there, we asked him how much did you pay for insurance then he ignored us as the insurance was also edited. We were in shock and our brain did not work. He kept on asking money. We searched for his office next day but we could not find it. He was so confident that we wont do FIR against him saying its too late to do FIR. His GSTIN is suspended, his bills are fake... Do not take his service. BEWARE of this fraudulent.

I booked MoveItCargo service to move my goods on 09Jul and these unprofessional people didnt show up on day of packing even on confirmed deal.

I even paid 500 advance to confirm booking which they not returning back and also not picking up calls.

My frnd booked a car from Gaziabad to Mumbai on 22.05.22 but today 17th June22 still the said car not yet delivered. Kindly look into the matter and revert back imdt.

Moveit packers and movers agreed to shift my car from kolkata to chennai for rs.11500 based on that the car was given on 8th oct, 2021 to the packers and movers and he informed that it will reach in five days i.E on 13th oct, 2021. He raised invoice for s.29476/-. I have paid rs.11500/- he demanded more money from me. I got doubt and i have not transferred further amount. He kept on saying the car is in chennai and he wants the amount to be transferred. I lodged a compliant in hare street police station kolkata on 18th oct, 2021. On 20th oct, 2021 also he says the car is in chennai and he want the car to retransported to kolkata since i have not made the payment but the car was found in kolkata on 20th oct, 2021. He is not taking calls he is a fraud candidate. His name is aravind and mob no.[protected] people who deal with him may be cautioned. I request the consumer forum to take necessary against against the individual and he is cheating many of the law abiding citizens.

I have given my car for relocation from kolkata to Guwahati but while deal was for transport is 13.5 k but after taking Car and 2 days later recived revised bill of 32.5k and they start blackmailing to pay full amount of 32.5 k while I have already paid 20k and asked him to show me my car I will pay you full amount .They just black mailed me and said go file FIR no one will help you and police is in his pocket they do not bothered now I have paid full amount neither I have received my and not even he is recieving my call .I think my car has been stolen .
If you can do any thing, so help me .

Moveit packers and movers had told us that the car will be delivered in 5-6 days from Gurgaon to Hyderabad and thaat there wouldn't be any additional charge. We'd agrred on 9000+GST for which I'd made an advance payment
It's been more than a week, now they're threatening us to make an additional 10k payment citing it as insurance and sanitisation charge which wasn't agreed upon in the first place and they sent me a new invoice of 20k
On asking them what's this for, they said don't worry these are some formalities, you just pay us the remaining amount and we'll deliver the car to you.
Now they are threatening us with keeping the car if we don't make the additional payment and on telling them that we'd file an FIR since we have the actual invoice of 9000+GST they said go ahead and do it, we'll keep your car and never give it to you.
It's a fraud company and they are extremely unprofessional just minting money and harassing multiple people and not delivering the goods
