The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Unwanted browser adverts on android
Hello,
I am using a Samsung S5 mobile phone. Currently I am getting unwanted Mozook adverts on my mobile web browser. I am trying to delete the cause of it and have almost deleted all the apps on my phone. It has got really frustrating at the moment.
I hereby, request your company to help me delete the App and the system files that I have been installed on my mobile by your adverts. I do not want these ads as they have become a hinders...
