We are the residents of kachpura jabalpur we don't got permanent meters in our houses we had got tc connections and in tc connection we are paying 9/- pur unit and 1500/- tc connection charges every month we want permanent meters in our houses. Mpeb employs says residents have to pay amount for buying the poles and transformer.,... Thanks.

Hi my name is Rupali Dubey.I live in muskan city jabalpur.me and my family lives here on rent. There is so much issue related to electricity first of all we do not have MBEB meters so we are paying the commercial rate (7-8rps per unit) to our office of the society.because our builder has not done the transformer work we are paying extra on his behalf. Even after paying more which we are not liable to pay electricity is cut down Frequently because society office doesn't pay bill on time. No body able to do anything becuase those who own the house don't have house registry in their names.i really want you to address this issue as early as possible.

In the april bill, the company has also added the previous bill amount of rs 880 in the current bill of rs 2566, making it a total bill of rs 3446.
I have already paid the bill of rs 880 via paytm successfully.. But still i have got a unnecessary extra bill amount to be paid.

Siri have launched 37 number compalin to mpeb jqbalpur teen pati office for electricity pole wire issue these person are not responding and closed the complain even not meet at the site to customer. And now also not responding for the complain.
I am having very critical issue for my electricity line this line is toching to my neighbor building steel grill which is highly risky that why iam wants to solve this issue instantly but there is no response from these irresponsible persons.

Electricity power is not there in one phase from the evening, electricity office staff is not responding to any call either shorting out the prblm by proper checking in the power house. It is disheartening to see such carelessness... We stay alone far from home and parents we are just sitting in the darkness for the negligence of the power house controller

My pole no is bt 34 gulaua chouk garha jabalpur. Since morning no elec.in our area and the no.[protected] is continue not responding. No body is there to pick up phon. This is rediculas. We are in problem please take action as soon as posible.
This is reguler problem of this area and concern aamanpur office is very careless and never respond from phon.in 2017 this is really shame full... I m ready to go couurt if my problem will not solved

ic21sp2a one phase not working in good and one phase is drop and always voltage is 140-150 is not good voltage for tube light, fan. water pump . So I request to you please repair transfarmer or add the sub transfarmer. also AtoZ company complant to Marahatal Office.

I HAVE SUMITTED WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON 25/8/10 TO JESU POWER HOUSE JABALPUR TO CHECK ELECTRIC METER OF MY HOUSE AS IT IS GIVING MORE READIG THAN ACTUALLY CONSUMED. METERRUNNING FAST. BUT RGRET TO STAT THAT NO BODY HAS CHECKED TILL DATE.
