Taken a loan 11000 but due to covid-19 and lockdown I have Could not do it pay on time.Your recovery team day by day mental torture me just like I am a criminal. Which has upset me a lot.So upset that i believe in suicide. I am student so not any income source of me . I request please waive off my late penalty fee. and i definitely will do pay my loan amount same day...

Hi I'm prasanna and applied for loan of 500 on Mpockket on[protected] i haven't received any money from them yet they claim they credited 500 into my account in their app and via emails. Kindly look into the issue. This is worst you can do to your customers who are in financial crisis. I tried calling then they are not answering and i emailed them twice and got no reply.

Hi I'm prasanna and i requested for loan on mpokket but I haven't received the money yet in my account. I regularly get loan on it but this is the first time I am facing such issue and im really feeling bad. Please kindly look in the request. I requested for amount of 500 and the app shows the loan has been processed and even the email from the mpokket but i didn't get any money. I tried calling them but they not answering and i mailed them twice and haven't gotten reply

I have taken a loan from mpockket and had paid almost all the instalment due to having financial issues I couldn't clear all the remaining payment.
They are charging so much of interest rate and I am not in the position of paying this much amount right now.
They are pressuring me for repayment and also calling my family members and relatives by hacking my contact list.
It's becoming difficult and I am getting depressed because of this.

I had taken loan from m pocket of the amount of 4k now the amount of the loan and interest of the loan is around 9500 i want to settlement my loan amount but m pockket's customer care employes doesn't responded on this and again and again call the reference person, I humble request to you please settle my loan amount.
I am not abele to pay the full amount due to my job-less, i am currently job-less so please settle my loan amount.

I had paid all my loans in jan and Feb 2023 but when i check my cibil it is showing pending. My cibil score going down day by day. Please help with this situation.

I took a 10000 loan from Mpocket, and when I got approval they showed: I have to pay 11500.
Now in the application, they are showing 23000, which is more than double.

I will pay now if they charge 11000.

Please help me with these.

I completed all my due loans, and i required Noc or no due letter for this loan because those loans are still reflecting in my civil . I have contacted customer care ample of time found no response even written 5-6 email from past 1 week got response .
So please help me with these issue ..i just need NOC for this loan .

I have paid my debts but it is still showing that the debts are not paid.
can you please check and give noc to me it is effecting my cibil score.

I have all repayment receipts with me provided by Mpockket by the time of repayments, please look into the matter as possible otherwise I'll have to take legal action against the lender as it has hampered my CIBIL score. I'm also attaching a copy of My CIBIL where they are shown in overdue category.

I already paid my full loan amount...but i didn't receive NOC From Mpockket

I have took loan form mpokket ...due to covid i cant repay they were calling to my family and friend and disturbing them and sending legal notice. Also have lost my job due to covid. I will go to cyber crime office if they did not stop calling my relatives

I've been given a total amount 2000rs as limit in which i utilized 1800rs only, for which I've got only 7240 as there was a processing charge other than gst(I don't understand why though). I failed to make the payment soon due to the pandemic and now they want me to pay 4500 as interest is kept. I'm telling them that I've utilized only 8000rs so I'll pay back the same amount and will close the account, but they're not doing it and we've been constantly threatened to "naming and shaming" infront of my contacts as they stole the data at first. And they want to tresspass into my house illegally and make a hell of a scene at my house. It's so depressing, pressurising me won't do any good or better. If anything happens to me mpockett company is sole responsible. For the steps i take.

They are stealing my data and infringing my privacy rights, and I paid them money, yet they are not showing it in their app.
It's a total fraud system of extortion of money.
