I have deposited electricity bill last few months from Bhim SBI app successfully, but the electricity bill paid for this month (July), that the transaction shows succesful in transaction history but bill has not been updated at till date.

I was done payment through mp online rs. 1532/- dt 15.06.17. Ref no.[protected] hdfc bank. Transaction no.[protected]. Electricity bill payment. I am suffering from last 5 days.

But till date amout not credit to my mppkvvcl ivrs no. [protected] a/c and not return to my hdfc a/c kindly clear matter and return my amount to my hdfc bank a/c.

There are frequent power cuts in Shahdol area and low voltage which results in electrical devices malfunctioning. The customer care no. Does not get picked up and even if somehow we register a complaint... It takes 6 hours to resume electricity. Just imagine going to office after 6 hrs power cut in night. This might be due to power theft in the area....
