I placed an order for this product and made the payment online (2999 inr) and then i had to cancel the order and i was supposed to get the refund as per phone communication, however it has been 5 months i have not received it yet. Either their phone is out of reach or they do not answer the call, they have not shared the reference call/bank reference yet.

As the watch i have received is a faulty
And i placed a order for black watch and i got a black watch
That too a faulty one,
It does not get turned on even been charged as per the instruction manual,
Tried to get in touch with the cust service but number turns out to be switch offed
In-spite of sending a request and connect back to me and mailing them and no proper contact number provided...
And no delivery report updated on site so i cant place a replacement order please look into it as soon as possible.
I want to return it and want a proper working gps watch

I have order to the company of mr. Spy technologies for the product name is - realtime gps tracker for car/kids/bike/trucks with live audio, panic button & theft protection (Free lifetime licence) rs. 1999", order no is[protected] and delivery the same against order no[protected] on on 25 feb 2019 but the product is not working properly, and showing the track location approx 2 km. Item is bad quality, i want to return, please arrange it pickup and refund my money urgent,
But the company does not any reply against my mail and they are there no return option, so i request the product of realtime gps tracker for car/kids/bike/trucks with live audio, panic button & theft protection (Free lifetime licence) replacement or return my money.
