The Complaint is against 'M/S Garhwal Texttile Development Corporation '
(GSTIN No.- 05BCMPJ4392K1Z7) having Address as Sia Gaon, mear JW Marid Hotel, Kempty Road, Dist.- Teehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, pin- 248179.

It seems this shop has been cheating many Tourists who come to visit Mussoorie, I am one of those victims. on 15-Oct-2022, I have purchased a few garments worth RS. 15750 with full payment done and obtained the Bill copy. They insisted me to opt for home delivery and took my address and mentioned the same in the Bill itself to get those delivered. But, It has been one week, no communication received and The numbers are also not reachable/switched off. How can this shops is constantly fooling the outsider travelers like that at the prominent tourist place. I want get the money refunded to me and draw the concerned authorities' attention to take the neccessary action.

I have made the full payment for the products i purchased and they are supposed to send these by post to my address. I want to contact the store regarding the delivery status but the number given by them is not reachable..i am worried if they are fraud...

We have ordered many items & they promise to deliver it but we got only 50% of the items. Kindly help.
