There is no bus from Perambur to long distance areas like Tambaram, kovalam, foreshoreestate and kelambakkam . The following buses can be given extension. 29C can be be extended upto kovalam. 29B upto Kelambakkam. 46 upto Vandalur and 38C upto Foreshore estate. It will be helpful to commurers of perambur.

Government provided the facility, but for women the issuer asking unwanted question about their age and personal affairs. In this critical not renewing passes in last issue again asking very old book ration card with latest smart card, adhaar card again, while collecting the pass same were submitted, unrenewed pass with photo and adhaar card on hand refused to renew it. Kindly take necessary action at your T Nagar depot issuers and made it good to accept old pass with adhaar for renewal, this helps seniors not to wanter to the offices and facing unwanted question by the staff.

Today 9/5/23 Avadi bus terminus in bus pass renewal office the two lady officer who are responsible for the renewal for the passes has cheated a student by giving him torn 200 rupees claiming that the didn't give them the torn notes and falsely defamation of a student self image. the other staff in the room send the students to bring change accurately and falsely claiming that she doesn't haven't have any changes.So kindly look forward towards the problem because it involves student moral

I was harassed by a lady who hit and used abusive language at me. When I complained to the conductor no action was taken and he ingnored me.

Today morning (9.00am - 16/12/2022)
As I was travelling in 18R bus, (bus number : TB 01 AN 1683)..One girl asked a question to the conductor whether this bus will go Spencer,
Conductor was very rude while replying to her.. He was checking the reverse of the bus.. Before taking reverse the conductor told driver not to change the name board, instead he told that after taking reverse you change the name board.. So the bus nameboard was not correct it showed cross (X).. so the girl asked him whether it will go Spencer.. he was very rude and spoked badly that you are educated then why you asking me..can't you able to read, I want to see the reverse how can I answer you.. you itself should able to read like that he spoked rudely.. and after getting into the bus she told politely that the board was not showing correctly that's why I asked you.. But the conductor insulted her and asked the driver that did you changed the board language to "HINDI" because she was not able to read it.. like that he insulted.. it is not fair at all.. they are in the place to respond correctly to us ...He just like that insulted her infront of everyone..
Not only today..Everyday they behave like this.. whenever passengers used to get that bus.. both driver and conductor will stand near the bus and won't allow them to get in anyone they say that bus will start late.. they say all the passengers to go in some other bus.. but real fact is
they will watch every bus of 18 series .. after that they will start the bus immediately.. because they don't want the bus to be crowded..
They won't allow the passengers to get in central bus stop.. They stop tha bus little far away ...They wont stop the bus and wait for passengers to get in..Their main aim is to take the bus to the destination without crowd..Daily it happens..They are getting paid.. then why they are behaving like this.. they should get punished .. both driver and conductor.. Really they should get punished for insulting her with the language he mentioned "HINDI"...

The recent accident happened in ANNA FLY OVER made me very sad. The reason for the accident that i came to know was the bus driver used his mobile phone while driving. I have a small suggestion about this type of problems. The suggestion is, i think there is a rule to sign in the register before they taking charge in their duties so that time the register holders or inspector should collect the mobile phone of both bus driver and bus conductor before they sign in the daily register, unless they submit the mobile phones they should not allow to sign the register. And another one suggestion is that every MTC bus should contain a WALKY TALKY for emergency purposes like breakdown,puncher etc., this will reduce the bus accidents.

I am staying in Pudupet. We do not get enough no. of services of bus no.23C to go to Adyar/Besant Nagar. During peak hours, i.e., from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and evening from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. there is no enough no. of servicies. Often, this bus used to come both in the morning and in the evening in half an hour gap with heavy crowd. Some times, one day or two in a week, we used to see 4-5 buses going one by one without any gap around 5.45 p.m. in the evening, i.e., while we walking to the bus stand. Likewise, the bus 29L also has no particular timing in the evening. One day it used to come at 6.00 and the other day it will arrive at 6.30/6.45. Most of the days in the evening if we wait for a bus for about 1 or 2 hours, we could not see this bus at all. There is one more bus 23V. Really we do not know when this bus ply from Ayanavaram to Velachery. We can never see this bus during peak hours.

To-day, i.e, on 18.2.2011, I came to the Pudupet bus stand at 8.25 a.m. One 23C delux with less crowd passed without stopping at the Pudupet bus stand though we waived our hands to stop. The driver knows very well that there may not be any bus for another 15 or 20 minutes. And there is no service of 23C upto 8.50 a.m. or beyond that, we do not know.

We humbly making a request to the concerned authorities, to do the needful to set right the above problems and let the public to get proper bus services.

The authorities may kindly consider whether the bus service for school children serve any purpose and why the service will not be extended atleast to ladies. We often used to see the buses plying with 5 or 10 children maximum, sometime without anybody.

Uthukottai is a town which comes under thiruvallur district. More than 20000 people lives there. It has the facility like TNSTC Bus depot, Sub-Court, Sub-Treasury, Banks, Government hospitals, Higher secondary schools, Taluk office, VAO office, etc. Many people around 50 villages comes everyday to uthukottai for hospital, Taluk office, Bank, School, etc.. Nowadays MTC busses are coming to uthukottai but the frequency is very very less. So do the needful to increase the MTC bus frequency from Red-Hills to uthukottai, CMBT-Uthukottai and Need to start MTC service from Thiruvallur - Uthukottai.
Many people studying in college are going by bus everyday to chennai and thiruvallur for theie education.. So Do the needful to increase the bus frequency..

Very often while going towards Anna square, the bus route number 27B does not stop in Taylor's road bus stop after the evening peak hours.Even yesterday (01-Feb-2010) the driver of M service of 27B (ANI 2021) bus at around 9'o clock did not bother to stop, while there were lot of passengers waiting for that bus at that time. Please take necessary action against that irresponsible driver.
