Lack of new routes

There is no bus from Perambur to long distance areas like Tambaram, kovalam, foreshoreestate and kelambakkam . The following buses can be given extension. 29C can be be extended upto kovalam. 29B upto Kelambakkam. 46 upto Vandalur and 38C upto Foreshore estate. It will be helpful to commurers of perambur....

Senior citizens 6 months pass for women in T Nagar Branch.

Address:Teynampet, Chennai 600018.

Government provided the facility, but for women the issuer asking unwanted question about their age and personal affairs. In this critical not renewing passes in last issue again asking very old book ration card with latest smart card, adhaar card again, while collecting the pass same were submitted, unrenewed pass with photo and adhaar card on hand refused to renew it. I'm complainting about the perticular 2 staff

Today 9/5/23 Avadi bus terminus in bus pass renewal office the two lady officer who are responsible for the renewal for the passes has cheated a student by giving him torn 200 rupees claiming that the didn't give them the torn notes and falsely defamation of a student self image. the other staff in the room send the students to bring change accurately and falsely claiming that she doesn't haven't have any changes.So kindly look forward towards...

Harassment

I was harassed by a lady who hit and used abusive language at me. When I complained to the conductor no action was taken and he ingnored me.

Driver and conductor behaviour

Today morning (9.00am - 16/12/2022)
As I was travelling in 18R bus, (bus number : TB 01 AN 1683)..One girl asked a question to the conductor whether this bus will go Spencer,
Conductor was very rude while replying to her.. He was checking the reverse of the bus.. Before taking reverse the conductor told driver not to change the name board, instead he told that after taking reverse you change the name board.. So the bus nameboard...

usage of mobile phone

The recent accident happened in ANNA FLY OVER made me very sad. The reason for the accident that i came to know was the bus driver used his mobile phone while driving. I have a small suggestion about this type of problems. The suggestion is, i think there is a rule to sign in the register before they taking charge in their duties so that time the register holders or inspector should collect the mobile phone of both bus driver and bus conductor...

less no. of services during peak hours

I am staying in Pudupet. We do not get enough no. of services of bus no.23C to go to Adyar/Besant Nagar. During peak hours, i.e., from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and evening from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. there is no enough no. of servicies. Often, this bus used to come both in the morning and in the evening in half an hour gap with heavy crowd. Some times, one day or two in a week, we used to see 4-5 buses going one by one without any gap around...

Need more frequent busses to UTHUKOTTAI

Uthukottai is a town which comes under thiruvallur district. More than 20000 people lives there. It has the facility like TNSTC Bus depot, Sub-Court, Sub-Treasury, Banks, Government hospitals, Higher secondary schools, Taluk office, VAO office, etc. Many people around 50 villages comes everyday to uthukottai for hospital, Taluk office, Bank, School, etc.. Irresponsible Driver

Very often while going towards Anna square, the bus route number 27B does not stop in Taylor's road bus stop after the evening peak hours.Even yesterday (01-Feb-2010) the driver of M service of 27B (ANI 2021) bus at around 9'o clock did not bother to stop, while there were lot of passengers waiting for that bus at that time. Please take necessary action against that irresponsible driver....
