I had ordered for a 1kg Black Forest Cake. My order no. is ICS[protected]. Though the order was delivered on time but the cake given was wrong. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Non-return of payment after cancellation of order
I had placed an order online with this company on 10 Oct 2008 for next day delivery, which cost me Rs.850. I had paid through paysignet and the amount was immediately debited from my account. The next day, I did not receive the order, and no information either about the same.
