Most corrupt and unethical

I sent my used cloths in parcel to my home and the custom applied 20, 000 Rs on it the materials isnt wasnt even worth that cost. I declared the items when it was being sent via post to the agency here, and this was exactly how much it cost me to send the courier from UK. Utterly disappointed and annoyed and when the guy came to deliver us the box he was expecting some additional money as a reward. So disappointed and ashamed that the system is still so bogus. One more reason why people trust private companies more than govt services.

Hello Sir,
To whom so ever it may concern. I sent a international package from New Jersey on January 2nd 2021 and it was shipped from New York airport on January 5th 2021. I sent through priority express mail.
I have sent the documents to the bank manager in Secunderabad telengana India. But still it’s not been delivered yet. Can someone help me reaching my package to the destination any quicker. My father passed away in July and my mom needs the money from the bank and I have sent the important information.
The postal services in the United States told me that it’s already left the US and held with customs in India. Can someone please kindly look into this and release it as soon as possible it has to reach the bank manager by this week. It’s just paper important documents with bond paper in it.
Can someone please help.

Not refunding my money even after returning back the package

Hi All,
I have order iphone 6s clone on dhgate (PO:[protected] and my hell of experience started there.
1. Seller shipped the item by quoting wrong price (Actual price i paid was USD 171) seller has quoted USD 85 and has shipped the product through DHL without proper documentation to prove it as not a iphone but a clone.
2. Indian customs asked me to pay customs thinking it a iphone 6s and it was valuated at USD 550, we contacted seller many times to give proper documentation, all he replied was "any tax, customer should pay" finally i paid 170$ customs. here the total cost of a clone product went upto 340$.
3. Once i got the product it was found to be defective. it was not detecting the SIM in india. then when i contacted dhgate and seller they asked me to return it via india post quoting it as USD10 and as GIFT on top of the item.
4. Since india post does not ship the electronic items which has battery i had to contact seller again and then dhgate again, seller said me he wants it to be shipped as USD 10 and as gift item and only through india post which is not possible hence i contacted dhgate they said me to ship the product through available courier, once the product is reached china we will refund you amount. hence i shipped it through DTDC courrier by paying around 65$ again. now my total cost of product came to 405$.
5. The returned package has reached china and the seller was asked to pay customs from china customs. but seller has not paid customs there and has asked it to return back to me. In the mean while i have given all the evidence proof to DHgate on how seller is playing around by not accepting the package nor agreeing for refund. if the package gets returned to india we need to again pay 65$ to take back the package.
6. Dhgate customer service keeps saying they have submitted the report after report when even you contact them and then nothing goes for weeks together.
7. Dhgate is neither taking responsibility of replying to my mails sent to them with attachments not they are acting on the refund process.
8. Its seems like dhgate does not care about customer but only seller.
We are going through hell of exprience from Dhgate and the seller called as ibaby888. We are yet to get our refund.
i will suggest each and everyone to stay away from this seller and website for all the bad experience we have gone through and losing 100 of dollars in the process.
If at all Dhgate or anyone needs any evidence on any of the words i have typed here i am ready to produce it. you can reach out to me in that case.

I have purchased Canon Lens through eBay on 29th No-2015. Till date I have not received the item. I asked the eBay for the delay. As per them my item is being held at the Customs Office in Mumbai because the Customs Office wants to request some additional information from the recipient for giving dispatch clearance. The seller is requesting me to contact Custom department for the clearance because they do not know how to get the contact number of the Customs Office in India. Item details are as below.

I have had nothing but problems with a seller on DHgate. First of all I ordered the item, but did not think it went threw. So I ran it again resulting in ordering 2 by mistake. I let them know the first day, but they refused canceling the 2nd order.
That was my first issue. Then I never received the item after 30 days. I let them know, and the seller tried offering to send item again. At that point I was not interested in waiting another mth. I told them I wanted a refund, and now they act like they do not want to give it to me.

Gift from abroad pending with Customs Department

Hello Sir,
On 16th March 2010, my friend sent me a gift package from Philippines via EMS(Receipt No:EE[protected]PH). It reached Mumbai (India) on the 20th of March, 2010 and was received by Mumbai EMS. On the same day, it was sent to the Customs Dept for customs clearance. But since then there has been no news of the same. I have been trying my best to google out every possible contact no and speak to the customs officials. But what I got is numbers and more contact numbers. Every time I call up someone they would give me another person's number and ask me to contact them. Trust me if I continue with it I will probably end up creating an entire Telephone Directory out of it but unfortunately still I couldnt get any news or hope of receiving my gift. I feel ashamed to tell my friend in the Philippines that I havent received it yet. My own countrymen have let me down. I feel helpless and hopeless. I have no other option than leaving it on God and fate. When I reached this forum, I was even more demoralized by what I saw. I am not the only one complaining but there are so many more before me. After reading all this I dont have any hope of receiving it anymore. The best I can tell my friend is not to send anything in future via Post coz it would never reach me. What's the use of this system if people are scared to use it? She is a normal student and cant afford to sent me international couriers spending thousands of money on the same. I feel harassed, frustrated and discouraged to use this Postal System, all because of the glorious reputation of the Mumbai Customs Dept. I wonder when will this tyranny and blatant corruption come to an end?
If someone in authority is reading this, I implore you, beg you to please try and hand over my gift to me.

Un fortunately I have also recd the similar mails to contact [protected]@w.cn. and asking to to pay INR15500.00 for registration of cheque at RBI.

Hello,
Its been one week indian customs is holding my package (EMS EG[protected]JP)
the pack does not contain any valuable stiff. its only clothing and baby related toys and stuff

Hello Sir, I am Ninad from pune. Yesterday I received my mobile phone sent by my friend abroad. He had ordered it online from EBAY. But, the phone I received is totally different from the one my friend had sent me. The box, CD, Manual, everything belong to the ordered phone. But the handset itself is different. Obviously the one I received is cheaper than what my friend had sent me. The parcel had gone through Mumbai Customs. And not to mention, I received this parcel after continuous 1 week sleepless efforts for begging for my own parcel with Customs office. Could you help me out with this?

I would like to know action about my last previous complaint INDIAN CUSTOMS AND EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT, MUMBAI MY PARCEL DELAY.
This is MAK i purchased a Acer Tablet PC from www.EBAY.com on 12, july 2011 from USA seller which was shipped from UPS with the following track id EC[protected]U. I tracked it regularly and lastly i found that my product was landed in MUMBAI CUSTOMS AND EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT on 24 july, 2011.
To my patience lately i recieved the letter on 8/8/2011 stating my parcel EMS bearing no. CED/BY 11243/11 Requesting the following documents with in 15 days.
1. Proof of Payment
2. Product invoice / Product Catalouge.
3. A personal note.
Following the Request i provided them the documents. I used Aramex Courier to avoid delay and tracked the courier to check the documents shipment status to my knowledge it shows that the documents were recieved by the Customs department with their stamp on Aramex Delivery reciept "STAMP----PUC--893583" on 24-Aug-2011 @ 14:30 ist.
As of now today is 16 September, 2011 i have no clue what is the status of my product and its delivery. I was not expecting these much delay from Indian Customs one of the government departments .
So please kindly help me out of these disgussed situation and get my product home.
