I booked two bunglow plots of scheme name :- matheran hill view, proposed plot nos. Are 103 & 107, the said area was 800 sq ft. Each, i have paid all the due amt in time as per company rules and regulation, i have paid rs 45, 000 pluse said registration charges for each plot individually, said plot was booked dated on 2nd jan, 2010. Said plot as to be handover to all the purchaser after paying all the amt and within completing 60 months with all the amenities agreed on the time of booking from the date of purchase. All the term and conditions are fulfilled from my side but this fraud company and his employee had cheated us they are cheating us since 8 yrs, they lies us, they keep on telling work in process, but it seem there is no work going on, they even don't have any of the legal paper of that scheme, they advertise and make other people fool, they looted the people, they have not given there possession/ nor refunded that amount, its a fraud company, fraud scheme, fraud owner and employee, there phone are ringing but not picking call, now we heared about they closed down all the offices without intimating us and without land allotment and without refunding our amount... This is my humble request you to take legal action against those fraud people, refund our amount, put them behind the bar so that they won't play with our law and innocent people... Please mercy on me, it was only the hardcore earning of mine, which i saved for my family and for there future, i investment that amt to get shelter for my kids in future. I am not a rich person, even i don't have regular work, please do the needful and help me. Please i begg catch them before they run.

I Shekhar R Bakshi after viewing a newspaper advertisment given by M/s The Mumbai Global Land Investment Ltd. I visited their office ( 4&5, 2nd Floor, OM Hira Panna Mall, Next to Oshiwara Police Station, Oshiwara, Andheri/W, Mumbai 400053) on 09/12/2011 and booked two plots (111 and 112) situated at survey no. 19/3, village-Aamboli, taluka -Dahanu, Dist- Thane, with a booking amount Rs. 62000/- and accordingly entered into a MOU.
