I booked yacht for 2nd Dec, 2022 from 4 pm - 6 pm and paid 50 % advance (INR 1499) money.

on 1st Dec got to know due to Navy day there is some practice and activities going on and hence they are rescheduling the time.

But I don't want travel to be reschedule and request for refund.

Please note following points:
*My wedding anniversary is there on 3rd Dec however since there are naval activities on that day the 2nd Dec date was suggested by you
*I had clearly mentioned i don't want morning slot and my requirement is 4-6 pm time slot. Hence the date and time advised and booked was 2nd Dec 4-6 pm.
*I can't accept morning or late evening slot. That's the reason I booked on 2nd Dec 4-6 pm, otherwise I would have booked 3rd Dec any slot
*It was my special day and was planned accordingly.
*I got to know this change on 1st Dec evening
*1 hr +- i can understand but total charge in schedule is not acceptable
*I was coming from thane, so have planned other things as well. Which cannot be changed.

Since it was not our fault and considering this as a unavoidable circumstances from your end, hence please refund the amount we paid you.

I have been interacting and convincing my point on this number +[protected] but did not receive any proper response on refund. Also asked to share senior person's number but did not receive the same.

I have also sent an e-mail to sahyadri.inn.pvt.[protected]@gmail.com, but their is no response yet.

Hope to receive refund.

Worst experience ever. Enumerated below:

As suggested by you, we are renting on another boat from mandwa jetty at 5 pm on march 4th, to come back to mumbai in spite of having booked a return trip with your company and having having paid for the full amount in advance.

This we are now doing after waiting for more than one hour inspite of giving you time in advance (At 2.30 pm) for pick up at 4 pm.

The rent cost of the return boat provided by boardwalk is rs. 8, 500 and we will claim the same + damages for the grave inconvenice cause to us and our families.

We were surprised with the insensitive casual approach to our booking and having made us to wait even 1 hour at the mumbai jetty and also your recommendation on making our return arrangements on our own.
