I am from Global Green City Kharar, we have facing a lot of Problems because of Road Demages. main Global green city me rehti hu. hm roz office jate hai vha sunny enclave 124 sector se ate hue road bht jeydaa demage ho rkhi hai ese me accident ka bhi dar rehta hai. na tohum jhungia road se ja skte hai ja desu majra road se na hi sunny enclave 124 sec wali road se sari road itni khrab ho rkhi hai ki 5 min kroad distance bht 20 min ka hota hai. barish ke bad toh vha tooti hui road pe pani ruk jata haifr dar jeyada lgta hai jane ka. Please In roads ko repair krwaye. hum request karte hai apse. Ap bhi nhi chahte honge ki kisi ko bhi koi harm ho. please we REQUEST TO YOU .
PLEASE REPAIRS THE ALL ROAD JHUNGIA ROAD, DESU MAJRA ROAD & SUNNY ENCLAVE 124 SEC TO GLOBAL CITY KHARAR ROAD.

Hello respected sir, my name is Meenakshi. I am resident of sector 123, kharar near arista Palace. I shifted here one year ago and since then i have seen a lot of accidents on the Kharar Jandpur 200 ft road due to overspeeding of car. More than 25 streets get connected to this main road and there is not a single speed braker on this road . The cars drive at rate of 150 Km/h at night on this road and because of that dreadful accidents have happened here . In some of them people have lost their lives. This is approximately 7 to 8 km long road where residents are living on both sides . So I request you to construct speed brakers on this wide road so that car' s speed remains in limit.

Illegal construction of gate at the backside of house no 6015/ground floor, Aman homes 3 society., Sunny enclave sector 123 behind jal vayu towers jandpur road, which is against the building bylaws and naksha passed by Municipal corporation kharar...kindly take action as soon as possible as builder of society doesnt provide gate, owner of 6015 ground floor build it herself against the naksha passed by mc, hence violating building bylaws. .

This to apprise that the property dealers Vikas -- mobile no. [protected] and his employee Parampreet singh---mobile no. --[protected] of office name ----"Divine World" tried to sell me flat no. J 13 Sector 125 Mohali claiming it to be the name of Manjit Kaur !! but when i counter checked ; "the flat was not registered in her name !! " you can verify from the records of municipal corporation !! even when i asked for her Aadhar card "they did not provide it to me !!"

Very shocking part is that they also took a checque amounting to rs.370000 from me in the name of " agreement to sell" in the name of "some fake lady Taljinder Kaur" "and tried to encash it ---but i was vigilant and "stopped payment in time" otherwise they would have defrauded me !!!( bank statement and SMS and my statement sent to my bank for stop payment attached as proof)

Very -very strict action needs to be taken against them so that they do not dare to cheat and defraud anyone again in their life and moreover their license should be cancelled for ever with immediate effect !!!

I am resident of s Amancity extension-2 Kharar Distt.. Mohali .. Our groundfloor neigbour have build up shed in the parking area . The Pillors supporting the shed are in the parking area and they are becoming a big obstacle in parking our vehicles .according to us the area in which the Pillors are built in is illegal I told to my neighbours many time this is wrong get fix it right but they don’t bother and said this is our parking but this parking area is sharing with us . she said we have authority to built this type of shed . Please take a legal action as soon as possible because me and my family suffers daily. Thanks

I hope this letter finds you well. I am a student of Chandigarh University residing in the society Modern Valley, kharar, and I am writing to bring into your notice a pressing issue that has been affecting the residents of our locality and requires immediate attention - the recurring problem of waterlogging in our area (Khanpur Phirni lane) due to the poor road conditions.

The roads have not been repaired or resurfaced for a considerable period, and as a result, they are now plagued with potholes, uneven surfaces, and inadequate drainage systems.

The consequences of this situation are dire. The accumulated rainwater not only disrupts traffic flow but also poses a serious threat to the safety of pedestrians and motorists. Additionally, the stagnation of water provides a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other disease-causing vectors, putting our community's health at risk.

I understand that municipal resources may be limited, but I believe that addressing this concern is crucial to the well-being and safety of the residents in our locality. I request you to look into this matter ASAP.

I am resident of Flat no 2520 Gillco Extension 5, Gillco Valley .We are facing issue of low water supply since one month and due to this we are getting water once in a week .

We are help to arrange water from outsider vendors on paid basis.

Spoke to many times with local authorities but not got a soluation.

I am resident of Flat no 2520 Gillco Extension 5 Gillco valley, We are facing low water pressure since one month.
We are getting water twice in a week which is creating trouble for us. We are helpless and taking help from outsiders water vendor suppliers on paid basis.

Please Look into and help us.

This is my second complaint. The first complaint was in December 2022 about illegal road construction in front of the kothi No 4414 and 4415 sector 125 Kharar now because half of the drainage system is blocked the water has logged and it’s been seeping into the empty plot beside the house cause it a danger of collapsing to the side wall.
As I have mentioned previously in my intial complaint I am an NRI and my old parents who are being harassed and are not able to pick up a fight with people around.

Due to some altercation with shivjot enclave office employee...they ordered their employee to cut my water supply tubings and now water is seeping and getting wasted 24hrs...from 2days

I want to know MC's fee status of Ambika Green Enclave, Near mind tree school, as a vigilance enquiry is going on the Builder of Society (Mr Parveen Kumar) for not paying MC's fee and a case of 420 also registered against builder for the same . Perhaps he has paid MC's fee for one of his society located on Kharar - Ludhiana road in Bhago Majra area but no information is available on Pending payment and status of payment and Charges of Ambika Green Enclave Near mind tree school...
Please provide me status of payment he paid to MC and how much is left amount.

I am a resident of kharar ward number three in our world there are many street dogs which run behind children and they have been cases where dogs have bitten children I would like to get the authorities attention on this topic as some days any big incident can happen and small children are terrified to go in the streets especially at night time they run behind every person and this has been an issue for so long so we cannot tolerate this anymore so I am writing this letter to get tension of authorities on this topic as this is an important topic

Please note that I live in shivalik avenue, sunny enclave, kharar and in my society there is a mad dog who keeps barking the whole night and also bites people. It made the nights sleepless and causes disturbance. Look into this matter as soon as possible....

Our problem is that a sweaper is put his scrap material (Kuda) near our boundry wall and lot of other direty maaterial .The lot of smell here and fly, mosiquito.We already asked him to shift it in another place but he not accept it .So please help us to make our area clean .

That we resident of new mata gujri enclave kharar. That there are only 7 house in the street and the street is close from one side meaning there by there is only one entry and exit but in front of our house there is houses of other person and their back of the houses they illegally opened their gate and 5 foot illegal encroachment and due to this there is problem of parking as in front of our house there is the street of 30 feet but due to their illegal encroachment only 25 feet road remains open for our society. It is submitted that if a person residing in corner house and park his vehicle in front of his house then he cannot come back on his vehicle as the other person who illegal encroach upon the street also park the car in that street. As such it has been humbly requested that a legal action be taken against those, who encroach upon the street illegally as there is no mention on the registry to open their gate at the backside or illegally encroach 5 feet land on their back side. So, consider the above said situation necessary action be taken against all the person who illegally encroach the land we all thankful to you for this kind act hope you consider our request and take proper action against all persons who illegally encroach on the land of mc.

I am a resident of Dashmesh Nagar Jhugian Road kharar, here we are facing difficulty for daily garbage pick up. We don't have dampyard where we can through our daily garbage of home...can you please align daily pickup service on monthly paid basis.

We are resident of Shivalik City, Ext-1, Gate No 8/9, Sector 127 Kharar. The road in our area is totally broken the condition in worst water has collected in front of Houses There is no outlet for rain water. This is a regular feature in our area, when ever there is rain, the water logging problem emerges.Residents have to wade through water to come out of their homes and go cross the road.
No street light from House No 100 to 110....

I am a resident of KSB Homes -1 Chajju Majra Colony. In our Society Stray dogs are increasing day by day...which are causing problem to children and walking persons. Even they do ### in front of doors of residents . It's a humble request to visit and catch these all dogs and puppies.

The road in our area is totally broken the condition in worst water has collected in front of House corner middle line opposite Gillco Tower.There is no outlet for rain water. This is a regular feature in our colony, when ever there is rain, the water logging problem emerges.Residents have to wade through water to come out of their homes and go cross the road. Many small accidents are accruing due to this . Lot of garbage is their in plots due to that we are suffering from mosquitoes and pollution in our area .
We have tried all numbers in mc but no information and number is working please help us to resolve this major issue.

No water supply since 6 days in cherry apartments GTB Nagar kharar, punjab

Sewarage water overflow after every little rain. Children are falling ill due to dirty water coming out. Need permanent solution to resolve this issue. Confirm.

Garbage Collection person is not coming from last 7 days.
Few days back he took 2 months advance payment from me. please check and try to resolve this issue.

I am a resident of ksb 1 sec 126 . A big garbage container is present on the road near Verma booth. Due to this whole garbage is littered on the road and stray animals like stray cows, bulls and dogs keeps standing beside the garbage container and blocks the road and creating the traffic jams on the road connecting to our society..people are prone to injuries due to presence of stray animals..kindly remove the garbage container from that place.
