Subject: Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Dumping on Vacant Plot

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issue o[censored]nauthorized dumping on the vacant plot in front of my residence at House no. 7, Lane no. 11 Baghirathipuram, Jakhan, Dehradun. Despite repeated requests and efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the area, it has unfortunately become a frequent dumping zone for various types of waste.

This irresponsible behavior not only creates an eyesore but also poses serious health and environmental hazards to the community. The accumulation of waste attracts pests, emits foul odors, and may lead to various diseases.

I kindly urge you to take immediate action to address this matter. Increased surveillance, installation of deterrents such as signs or barriers, and regular cleanup efforts are essential steps to prevent further abuse of the vacant plot.

Furthermore, I request your assistance in implementing long-term solutions to ensure the proper management and utilization of vacant spaces within our neighborhood.

This is here to bring to the notice of the Municipal Corporation of Dehradun that there is a black dog that bites commuters on the premises of the Pacific Hills shopping complex at Mussoorie Diversion Road, Dehradun.

This dog has been barking and biting several people in the last month. He comes in the category of street dog and is not vaccinated.

He poses the greatest threat to small children and old people who are traumatized the most.

Please take away the dog from here or get him treated if it is in want of that. Please assure the safety of the residents of Pacific Hills apartment and general public who come for shopping there.
