I crossed this area tonight and was completely shocked to see most of the manholes open!!! A few manholes that are closed have not been filled properly, the hole is deep enough to topple down any two wheeler crossing it. To add to the horror the manholes have no signs of caveat to warn the passers-by... Its neither painted nor is it surrounded by stones or branches/twigs to warn the public of the danger at night.
