Clean these common gutter to prevent the spread of the flood condition

Many more village of india suffering problem of water for drinking and for other purpose and from 2 month there is any breakage in main water supply pipeline. I have compliant many time to MLA and also in UMC but there is no action on that and i am also compliant on this side before 10 days then also no response please solve this problem as soon as possible
