Murugan Travels Complaints & Reviews

I have paid advance of rs 60, 000 to Murugan Travels Madurai for the upcoming tour of Dubai AbuDhabi (every wednesday) and for the date of 25th Dec 2024-30th Dec 2024. After paying advance, i had few queries on flight information, itinerary and other details. Tried to contact office and the responsible executive who assisted in booking the package. The response over the phone to customers, myself was very irritant and rude manner.Did not even bother to share the updated itinerary details and queries on flight tickets booking.

Recently I went to Bhuvaneswar, Puri, Calcutta, Gaya, Kasi and Allahabad via tour arranged by Murugan Travel Agency which is head quartered at Madurai.

The tour guide showed and gave preferences to the groups only. Individual persons were not shown any guidance. One of the worst guide that I have ever seen in my life.

The company did not provide food during train journey. Most of the travel companies provide food in the train. Also food quality is not good during the stay.

The travel agenda is not followed as per the initial brochure. The guide changed per his plan.

The guide did not provide enough information about sight seeing places.

Such a worst experience. Changes in the itnery was not informed before. Going in the bus for long distance and taking old age people, they are even stopping for nature calls. And the guide such a rude and irresponsible and not providing information of the site tour areas. And for each and everything they are asking for money. While booking the package they told no need to give extra money apart from extra rooms and entrance tickets. Andhra tour package is not followed as per the programme. And we are really scared if our people for the safe return.
