Recently I went to Bhuvaneswar, Puri, Calcutta, Gaya, Kasi and Allahabad via tour arranged by Murugan Travel Agency which is head quartered at Madurai.

The tour guide showed and gave preferences to the groups only. Individual persons were not shown any guidance. One of the worst guide that I have ever seen in my life.

The company did not provide food during train...

Such a worst experience. Changes in the itnery was not informed before. Going in the bus for long distance and taking old age people, they are even stopping for nature calls. And the guide such a rude and irresponsible and not providing information of the site tour areas. And for each and everything they are asking for money. While booking the package they told no need to give extra money apart from extra rooms and entrance tickets. Andhra...
