I've travelled in Muskaan buses from Bangalore to Chennai for 4 times in the past and have always faced this issue. In ticket booking portal they show the same bus in the name of 3 operators(muskan, Devaki & Blue Express). Only at the boarding point they tell that the other bus is cancelled and only muskaan is available and that they've managed to get us accommodated in some random seat.
