Hello i am shrikant yesterday i had recharge my jio number [protected] through my jio app and payment through upi id and my amout was deducted from my account but recharge not successful yet

I have call to both bank and jio costomer care but not any solution was found yet
When i call call to bank he said that amount is confirmed from our side but jio costomer care said that we have no any confirmation was found from bank.
So please solve my problem

My name is Akram khan d t and i recharged 399rs on june 18th transaction successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

I am gopal krishna jana on 7th aprial 2017,
I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem
