WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

If you care about your shoes even a little bit, please do not use this place. I sent my shoes in for a minor paint stain and after assuring they could fix it, they ruined it further, and permanently damaged the fabric as well. Brand new, limited-edition imported shoes, completely ruined.

Moreover, they did not return my shoes for 7+ days (did not respond to calls and always gave the runaround when they did respond). I only got my shoes back after threatening legal action. All the staff (including Mr. Sam Akashu and Mr. Sinhan) are skilled at talking well, and only talking well, DO NOT trust their words.

I had given my shoes for cleaning purpose, after repeated calling they delivered completely spoilt shoes and took service charge for that. I was at work, shoes were kept front of my house and delivery guy asked me to do UPI payment. After repeated talks with Mr.Vishnu, they picked up my shoes but no response yet.Meanwhile some body called Sam spoke to me and said problem will be sorted out soon, but it's been nearly two months, no response at all. I gave my shoes for washing on 12 th Nov 2020.

Picked my shoes to repair on assurance that it will be delivered within 7 days. But even after completing 15 days not yet delivered. They just keep saying that waiting ..waiting. No updates on email or message. Very unprofessional

Where do i even begin? These people have tormented me for months. They are untimely, unprofessional, unethical and irresposible. They lost 2 pairs of my imported shoes which costed us a fortune(a limited edition Head over heels suede embellished ballet pumps of worth 50£+ and a clarks Suede sandals-which costed me 80£+). It was hard earned money and i felt all sorts of disgust when these people treated like it didn't matter and were so relaxed and unperplexed about the fact that they are indeed resposible and didnot show the slightest blip of guilt. I have done everything to make them compensate and at the minimum respond to my calls and solve the issue. I've been abrasive, i threatened them with lawsuit and whatnot. They were stoic and impassive.They still haven't solved my issue.

To sum my review up to the general public, i just have one thing to say, these people will make you regret for choosing them. The worst Start-up/company there is, also the delivery is tooo disorganised, even if they lucked out and cleaned ur shoe and tried to return them back they will take forever to deliver.

The delivery executive ([protected]) delivered two pairs of shoes in as is condition but very well packed & collected the charges.
On checking found that they were not repaired at all. On contacting them ([protected]), was informed that they would collect again for repair which never happened.
On contacting again, they assured of a refund in one day. After 10 days, was given another number ([protected]) to follow up for refund. The first call to this number, was asked for bank details post sharing, the person refuses to pick the call for the last three days.
They dont give a receipt for cash on delivery and cheat customers like this.
