I booked a bus 10th this month Guntur to banglore I didn't get refund according to rules I have to credit 7-8 days but I didn't get so with in 24 hours not credited I will make a complaint against this site...

I cancelled my flight ticket on September 18th 2021 and still I didn't get my refund from this airline. I have sent them mails asking for the status and every time I'm getting the same reply like (we are waiting for the airline to process the refund). I accept that you are getting lots of mail's but still it's been a year now. I want my refund ASAP. Thanks

I booked Sri Lanka package from My Trip and I paid Rs.57500 advance on 19th November 2019. After that i followed up many times for the travel details but they told that they will provide everything on 22nd December 2019. Then on 24th December late afternoon they called and told that they can not operate the tour on the date decided before. I told I was not comfortable with other dates and asked to refund the money. They asked for 15 days...
