Fake website I have transferred the amount they have not issue d the darshan tiicket

I have book tickets for darshna they did not ask for my aadhar card or anything they just asked the date and time i have entered the details after that it took me directly to the payment page i request to block this site, most of them are getting cheated

I have booked 3 VIP DARSHAN TICKET on[protected] at I got payment status is SUCCESSFUL with payment (VIA) PayU ID[protected] and TTLHIL0EE, Then the massage come My Bank Rs1200 Debited, But nobody called me, tickets also not received,
One massage received from (mybalaji ) VIP Darshan Available 1 hrs & FREE
Prasad Ladus Submit Names Get Darshan Ticket then we login no response
AGAINST Fraud
Please take legal action.

I want refund from my balaji company because I book ticket from this company but did not get ticket from this company...

I have booked vip darshan tickets in mybalaji.in website on 25/09/2019 through my credit card. I have recieved a mail and an sms from payumn that your payment transaction id[protected]. I havent recieved any tickets or any other details regarding darshan.

Payment amount is rs.1200 for 3 members.

Kindly resolve the issue asap or send us the contact number of the respective merchant.

After the payment I received below message from PayUmoney.

After this, I have received no confirmation, no tickets, no communication whatsoever. They dont have any customer care number. Later on my research, I found out that many people are affected by this fraud and the fraud activity still continuing. This a a complete fake and fraud company.
Please look into the matter.
People are being cheated. It is a fraud website and it needs to be removed and should not be listed on google.
