I took self filling service and paid for ITR filing after reviewing the summary, after the payment myITreturn has not filed the ITR and no response to emails and WhatsApp messages...

For income tax return for the financial year[protected] payment amount got debited twice from my icici account. Below are the ref no., kindly check and update me as soon as possible.
Generally i will get the itrv in 15 mins. But still my status is showing “your tax-return has been sent for filing”.
