It has more than a month since I raised the request for ITR filing with this company and there has been no update. I have already paid the amount to them and paid the pending tax also but no update from their side....

My money was deducted but IT return didnt happen.I paid 400/- but its throwing an error PAN and Aadhar is not linked....

This portal is not good. Pls do not pay to them.

They are frauds. Will take your money and then stop communicating with you. I sent them atleast 30 to 40 mails but they just sent me computer generated automated response. But never called back.

It is almost 17 days now after payment, I am each day calling and emailing, but to no reply from their side.

I am very upset and will now lodge a Cyber Crime Complaint against them as have been left with no other option.

I paid 4130 INR to myitreturn.com .
Before Payment, they replied through chat support and called me for the payment.

After Payment, there was no contact with the customer support team and they even didn't fill my income tax returns.

They are not receiving calls and not filing my returns.
They just took my money and no service is provided to me.

I have filed my Income-tax return with myITreturn.com and got my acknowledgement within 5 minutes. I was expecting it faster based on my previous experience with them.

I availed services from myitreturn.com to file my income tax return.
I didn't get the acknowledgement on time hence my return were delayed.
I tried reaching out to their support team by all provided options like WhatsApp, email and also raising the ticket from my account but no luck,

My history is now spoiled and I may have to pay the late charges to incometax department. I feel deceived and would like to get my money back from myitreturn.com

They charged rs 650 for filing it return but they din filled and dint get any response from them...even after ao many follow ups

Rajendra No. 12 2Nd Cross Kumara Park West Bangalore Pin. 560020 Karnataka State In continuation of my previous complaint Dt. 16/11/2021 I am to restate that I being the Senior Citizen I was not confident in E-filing My IT returns in Government Website directly so I opted for myitreturns portal & prepared my IT returns for the year 2020-21 ( AY. 2021-22 ) & paid Rs.755/- vide up transaction ID. [protected] on 10/11/2021 night soon I realised that I have not deducted Rs. 34462/- being the Health Insurance Premium U/S 80D but after payment the the window is forbidden to make any changes in the IT returns therefore to make correction in
the IT returns before submission to IT Department I sent messages to [protected]@skorydov.zendesk.com being the help desk it was registered as cc on 11/11/2021 at 05.19 AM and also I sent whatsup message to the concerned person to do so Or allow me make correction but My request ignored latest messages they have not updated but hurriedly E-filed my IT returns I felt this amounts to direction and malafide intention not caring the trust reposed in them. I prepared Revised returns and requested for E-filing freely without cost as it is not my fault but it was ignored no reply was given and contacts were disabled only recorded messages were sent it has no relevance to my problem therefore for Revised Returns to be filed I paid Rs. 1416/- vide up transaction ID.[protected] much higher than e-filing original returns. As a matter of fact it being the genuine case the mistake is not on my part because of their lapses and not concerned about the customer and their failure to acknowledge the faster resolution of messages I request My amount Rs. 1416/ - be returned with cost of hardship and agony to me as a customer.

I am using the website (www.myitreturn.com) for past 8 years for tax related services. From last 3 years, website is mandatorily asking to donate for social cause. The website is asking for this extra payment (Rs.235.00) for every tax services that I do online. If I do not pay, I will not be able to avail my tax services. The extra payment (Rs.235.00) is asked at the time of last step and I cannot say no/skip to the payment. Also now I have received 2 sms from my bank that Rs.235.00 is deducted in my card saying that "...your card has been used for Rs.235.00 at PAYMYITRETURN COM. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI..." But I did not use above website for any of the tax services for the sms from my bank dated- Wednesday, 5 May 2021 and sms from my bank dated- Monday, 5 July 2021.
Request the matter to be investigated and punish the company for such false payments taken without any services.

I have submitted my revised ITR-v 15 days back and these people never filed to Income tax and charged me twice. I have paid around 2000Rs till now. But no one respond, they send auto mail everytime check income tax site. This is a worst company.

Tr-v form not received
Myitreturn.com has worst customer care. It's as if there is no customer care. No phone number. For any issue, they ask us to raise a support ticket. But no one responds to it. It has been more 15 days and not not recieved any positive response.

Haven't received itr-v form even though it returns were filed 14 days back. No response to any of the tickets. They are looting money from public.

Is any any govt official to intervene to question them as they operating to cheat /loot public...

I started my filing ITR with MyITReturn for Financial Year[protected]. Whatever the amount of tax due it showed on the system, I paid the amount and again it shows, I still have some due. I checked in Income Tax Department website and it does not show any due.

They first charge you then starts processing. I already paid for filing the return and there is no way to get it back.

I have filed my it returns using through myitreturns.com. After the payment page there is a confirmation that it acknowledgement shall be shared in 15 minutes. But i have been waiting throughout the day and have not received any acknowledgement from itd.
Pathetic paid services by the site. No customer complain number on their site as well. Useless tickets raised for which there is no resolution. Will not suggest this site to anyone....

ITR for Asstt year 2015-16 for pan AHZPP0809J was filed on[protected] after online payment of Rs.569/. thereafter almost 25 reminder e mails sent for ITR-V but till date 2-9-15 not a single reply nor acknowledgement received from MYITRETURN .com .They are not worthy trust able. Itis a matter of great concern they are not replying any mail

I filed my it return through myItreturns.com.
I paid the online fees. But the status is shown as
