This is to inform that the excitement to hire your service has initiated in a disappointing manner. Firstly, even after paying the pickup and drop expenses, i was informed 15 minutes after the booking time that i would need to go and pickup the vehicle. Then after arguing even though being at fault, your staff agreed with the error and offered to drop the vehicle at my address. Then 45 minutes later, i got a another...

6590010 was my booking id, i am fighting for a refund of my security amount for last 20 days. And some guys named amit and pradeep have been telling me every time that it will take another 10 days.
Please tell me how many days should i be waiting. 20 days have been passed and some unbelievable excuses are made everytime.
I am already pissed off by your service as my car was delivered 2hrs late and i was stranded on pick up...
