I have order a pair of shoes at price of 1349. But company my order because currently the price of the same shoes is 2400 rs. I want my order back...

Dear Myntra Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally complain about an issue I have faced with Myntra for the second time, which has caused me financial loss and inconvenience.

I placed an order on Myntra for a watch using the EMI payment option. However, Myntra canceled the order without providing any reason. Despite the cancellation, my bank has still processed the EMI, and now I am being charged 15% interest for three months on a product I never received.

I immediately contacted Myntra’s customer support regarding this issue, but I was informed that there is no resolution available at their end. This is completely unacceptable, as the mistake is from Myntra’s side, and I should not be forced to pay interest on a transaction that Myntra canceled.

This is not the first time I am experiencing such an issue with Myntra. It appears to be a recurring problem where orders are canceled arbitrarily, but customers are still charged EMI interest. Such unfair practices violate consumer rights and financial fairness.

This is Jk having order id 1192149 [protected]. On 29th December 2021, I'd received a message in the morning that said 8 dresses would be delivered. But to my disappointment i received only 4. The packaging was tampered and also the package was only small enough to accommodate 4. The volume of the packet I received is done with cello tape and did not have the bills of the items I received, Me and my family have gone through a mental trauma and hassle with such kind of shipment received. I would want the rest of the items shipped or a refund of all the 8 items that was supposed to be delivered. Please do not do such kind of things further. The trust I had while placing all the orders was such that I've been shattered now.
