Subject - gave my Shoe for a Bottom Sole Fix issue, the glue was loose so they insisted on machine press instead of Super Glue for INR299.

I have personally dropped my shoe on 22nd Aug 2021 as I wanted to check the place to avoid any further confusions and issues. The Shoe was inspected by MR Sawad and accepted in (NOT DAMAGED CONDITION) as they are brand new.

I had clearly insrtucted to begin work after my consent with Service manager who was supposed to call me on 23rd at 9am and i never got a call. I reminded them on 2 instances for a call back but nobody called and they went ahead to work without my approvals.

They have tried to work on the brand new shoe (RHS) where as my issue was in the left shoe and they have pressed the machine hard which resulted in the cracking of the fibre plastic on the shoe.

the OWNER calls me to inform saying that i have given them a damaged product for service and it has happened from my end which is FALSE AND BASELESS.

I will be moving to the consumer forum inacase these guys dont give me a replacement or refund as the shoe is damaged and cant be used again.

I have given my branded shoe of worth rs. 8000 to myshoeclinc. Initially, they serviced the shoes and return it in a bad condition. After taking my complaint, they have asked to redo the service and collected the same shoes again. This time, a month past but they did not return my shoes. I tried to call their customer support, the guy is simply refusing my call by disconnecting or not responding.

I am feeling, i am cheated and they are not going to return my shoes. I tried to call their office number but that too inactive. Can i get some guidance to get my shoe back?
