Product never got delivered. Pathetic service

I placed order on 15th April. It was suppose to get delivered in 7 days. I have been communicating with customer service since 5 days in row. But i never got any correct confirmation on my order status. Everytime they had new story to tell.
I have now placed a request to cancel and refund the money. I am sure that is going to be a long fought process.
Have never experienced such bad service....

i hv ordered raadhya hooded coat on 27dec n done the payment also but yet not received..n the executives are also not giving satisfactory information..my order no. is[protected]...if i will not get any solution to my problem than i will complaint to akosha or consumer forum..even i have all your executives audio recordings and payment details also......

I have ordered Everready batter charger from myshopbazzar. The product was in stock. My order number is[protected] on 21st August 2013. The experience is so bad that I have lost all my patience calling them repeatedly. When I placed the order(placing the order is also so painful here), I got the order confirmation within 1 minute in email(No sms). After that I waited for 2 days expecting some sms about the courier details because...

i have ordered a pair of shoes from online shopping website " MyShopBazaar.com" before a week.I have ordered a pair of Banish VRB125 black Men's Casual shoes. I gave my office address which is in coimbatore for shipping delivery as my native is near Madurai which is far away from coimbatore. I received the courier today (19/8/13) 2:40 pm. from INDIA post n Signed the slip and did let the courier boy to go. AS i was bit busy...
