I ordered a trouser worth Rs.1399 on May 20, 2024 from mystella.in. I received the order on May 29, 2024. But due to some fitting issues I wanted to exchange the product and order a size bigger. From that day I am trying to contact them. I am calling them, texting them in WhatsApp, Instagram, messages, emailing them. But they are not responding. Once they responded and told that the label for exchange is generated and that the courier partner will come the next day to take the package and that I have to pay rs 200 for exchange. I told okay. But then no one came to take the package. And there has been no reply from there side. I called them almost 30-40 times a day. Then I commented on their Instagram profile ( on someone else's post because they were constantly deleting the comments on their post) . And immediately within 1-2 min Yash kataria ( most probably the owner) called me and told that within 2-3 days the package will be picked up by the courier partner. Again no one came and no one responded. And once the owner Yash kataria picked up the call and asked me for the order id. I told him please hold on and let me see. But he told that send me the order id and before listening to anything he disconnected the call. After that again the same cycle went on. They most probably blocked me over the phone. After that I commented on their Instagram profile again on someone else's post. Then they started replying me so rudely in the Instagram chat. A lady called and she literally started abusing me. She threatened me that she won't resolve my complain ever and will block me. Then I told that okay sorry from my end but please resolve my issue. But I don't see any ray of hope that my issue will be resolved ever. They are fraudsters

This site is extremely awful . Ordered pants but it was different from the picture as shown on site . It was used product and dirty . When i tried to connect, no response was given neither on calls nor on email . Poor customer service . This site doesn’t resolves the queries of customers, prime focus is on selling products only and uploading content on social media . So annoying ! Zero rating out of ten...
