didn't received a single issue of the subscribed magazine

I have ordered some magazines for my kids about 9 months back but still haven't received a single delivery from them. I called them number of times and they said they will look into it but nothing happened. Now from past 3-4 months i have asked for refund and even that is also not being processed.
Is this a fraud company?

Didn't receive the first issue yet.

Subscribed for 'inside outside' magazine on 23rd march but did'nt receive the first issue yet. They did'nt even bother to reply to emails.. Complained to the customer care 2-3 times but they did'nt reply at all. Is this a fake company?? Worst customer care service. Decided to go to consumer court if they didn't deliver the first issue in 2-3 days, otherwise give my money back. You fraud!!

Do not subscribe on MYSUB. They do not send the books and repeatedly have to call them and complain. Even after complaining, books are not sent. No rating.. for their worst service.

I did not get a single copy of the subscription of magazine which i subscribed from this website. I had paid by my credit card the entire annual amount. I have called the Diamond office and raised the comlaint 5-6 time but always they have misguided me by saying that i will get the copy very soon. They are a big fraud. They have digested my hard earn money.

I have not got my subscription copy after paying entire money to MYSUB. When called, they say you will get your copy soon. But I am not getting subscription copy. Please do not trust the MYSUB. I lost my money.
Do not subscribe on MYSUB. They do not send the books and repeatedly have to call them and complain. Even after complaining, books are not sent. No rating.. for their worst service.
Did not received my product, are u all fraud?trust me i will not allow you bastards to waste my money, called many times bo reply from your side, my 740 rs got wasted, i will sue u all in court

I have asked my money back.. Can Somebody guide me what needs to be done.. This is a digital fraud from mysubs.

Apparently MySubs is not interested in sending the annual subscription copies, looks like some kind of big fraud going on in the name of collaborative portal for managing all your subscriptions.
Please see the latest response by them in the name of delay from the publishers side and an assurance that I will get a response to this email within two working days and the day never came.
Request new users to never order anything from this website as its a black hole.
