It is a fraud comppany theft more peoples money .i have invest money in this company but as on date 10years above he has not return my money.

I I am joint n mart company Salem tamilnadu branch I have paid 5500 he dold ofter 5 year u yarning 11000 but company is closed I am asking head office surat he is not response have any idea in I get refund amount please help me

nmart refund of 11000/- after 48 months

They have taken[protected]+5500), saying after 4 years they will return 22k (11k+11k). But now we found this as a fraud.
They have closed their retail shops across the country. We are the indians facing the problem because of our government is not supporting to get our money back.
My point is after the fraud police is arresting the culprit. But why they are not doing anything when these type of fraud companies coming to the market.
If police might have taken the action from the start then we might not have lost our hard earned money.
Please help me to get my money back.

Fraud with no. of people in Lakhs
N Mart has been established itself in retail sector.Some of the agents came to me that N Mart is going to open its branch in Sirsa (Haryana) and company is registered under Company Act 1956 and collect 5500 rs. from me. its around one year back but they did not start any show room. so may i know that should i give more time to those agents or the company or those agents has done fraud with me. This company was in network marketing also.

they charged me more than than the printed MRP. when i complainted about it they said that there was a fault in their system why the consumer should pay more for their fault who will be responsible for this mistakeNot Received Gift Coupons & Also Shopp Is Not Started Yet.
Mr.Vinod Mehta Had Collected Rs5500 From Me & Guarantee Me That N Mart Shop Will Start With In 1 Month & You Will Get Gift Coupons.But From Last 1 Year I Have Not Received Any Response From Him. Helpful

Dear sir,
I was made n mart membership by paying 22000/- one time payment and was give shopping vouchers of 220/-x4 x 48 months voucher. After 48 month nmart had promised rs.44000/- refund
After 1 year all the outlets of nmart had closed and we're not operating.
Can someone please guide what to do as there are 4000 members in just my city and more than 40 lac members in india.
I don't know why nobody is complaining.
Lack of government guidelines is the main reason like this company loot people.

Dear sir,
i fully agree with you,this Nmart and his CMD Gopal singh are the most cheatest people in the world,they are doing nothing but making people fool,i present some facts in your knowledge,earlier this gopal shekhawat was a very poor person but he make his own thug giroh,his master mind partner was BALDEV ARORA who is working in post office he collected crores of rupees from his investors and deposite in shekwats bank ac.from those money they have started this,now police is finding Baldev arora.
they also cheated with Mr mukhi who was earlier working with union bank as a deputy chairman,he also raise a police complain to all in badgaon bawri police station,anybody can chk,
intrestingly the sister of Baldev arora is also involve in this game name RAJ MUKHI and Nishi.
So my humble appeal to all pls beware of all this.

n mart me jo saman discounted rate me milega, us se jyada discount to pas wale dukandar hi de denge. thik hai chain system ko samajh kar kuchh logon ko fayda bhi hoga but maximum log ye sochenge ki hum to paisa de kar 48 months ke liye fans gaye.
