Please confirm that any message from in the name of Naaptol online shopping that I have won Tata Safari first prize n pay such n such registration fee.Is it true or fake ? If it will be fake then what action company will take against those fraudees n what should customers do against these culprits? My succession to Naaptol that winners nama should be under the slide of your channel so that innocent customers may not trap in those culprits.

Naaptool has not organized any kind of lucky draw. It is fake. I too got a similar call.

Always remember any tax is never payable to any individual account. It was definitely a scam.

It is a scam. I also got a call that I won the first prize of Tata Safari. But I called the care centre of Naaptol. They said that though they have lucky draw but they are not giving any prize of Tata Safari or cash of 1200000 rupees. So just ignore it, it is fake

I have also received the similar call to claim Tata Safari by depositing Rs 12800 in an Individual SBI account no. [protected] by the name of Sandeep Sharma. These guys had all the information about the article which is purchased through Home Shop 18, i made online payment etc. My question is how these guys get information from Home Shop 18, Naaptol. Don't you think we should stop shopping though these site.

He asked her to pay 6500/ as service charge or if she wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked her to pay 25000/ -. Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize. That person had called her through out a day so many times. She called back on the said number then she came to know that it is a call centre number.

Today my mother received a similar call of winning a Tata Safari and can exchange the same with cash of 12, 80, 000 or take the car by providing the aadhaar number and ban details with some money. The call was received from number [protected] (Diwakar Prasad, from Tata Nagar Jamshedpur), provided toll free number [protected]. Upon calling Naaptol, they informed that no such scheme is running.
Shall want Naaptol to openly publish and condemn the same and enlighten the consumers and provide a guarantee that the details of customers are not leaked.

I also got a call from someone who called from mobile number [protected] at 9.53am today and twice before at 8.42am and 9.46am informing that we have won a tata safari and to deposit a sum of Rs.8, 500/- towards registration in case we want car delivery and in case of cash in exchange to send money to a certain account number. When i told them that i am an advocate and i need proof of such a prize they gave me a toll free number[protected] and told to recheck. Prior to that the caller(male) gave me details of my last purchase.

I know this is a fraud call but what i want to tell is that someone from naaptol is involved in giving such information to the fraudsters otherwise how can they get our personal purchase details with date etc.

Naaptol should take serious action against such people and keep a check on their staffs or take some security measures because ultimately naaptol will sufferdue to mistrust from people.

Naaptol- There has been so many complaints and then also you have not taken any action. The information is leaking and your people are leaking it. As a company you should have done that months before.

I got name of Rahul Singh Patel-Manager when I enquired about the name. I know he might not be the person because the people who were speaking were illiterate and definitely not an manager material.

Since nobody is taking action from Naaptol and since these calls keep coming its best all consumers stop buying from naaptol, so we need not give them our details and we don't get fake calls and fraudsters cant fleece us of our money.

Why approach these consumer forum complaint cell even. Cant we see them sleeping over all the issues?

Naaptol- There has been so many complaints and then also you have not taken any action. The information is leaking and your people are leaking it. As a company you should have done that months before.No one will buy products online from Naaptol anymore. this morning i get a call and last month too same call stating of WINNING Tata Safari/cash prize 12, 80000...bull ####..its time you do something about saving your good reputation.

Breaking news they are telling they are Delhi based Naaptol and have given has send a message u have won first prize tata safari everything is similar and the car is on it's way for delivery next day they call and say there is an accident the driver is in hospital u need to make payment of 50000 which needs to be given to person who got hurt by the truck .The account numbers and names of the persons they have given is as below

It's a shame on part of Naaptol..if people are doing fraud in the name of their company...we have been told to deposit 6500/- as a TDS...For a 12 .5 lakh safari...when called to Naaptol..they were so ignorant and dis satisfying...it's being operated from Jharkhand..people who spoke were sounding so funny..that anybody can easily recognise...how a TDS could be transferred to a single account...I AM lodging a complaint against Naaptol...coz personal information is being shared here...it's a serious thing..

I also got a call from someone who called from mobile number [protected] at 10:16 am today informing that we have won a tata safari or cash value of same even though he doesn't ask me for any money deposit because I said I want Cash then he asked me Bank account number and PAN number to create DD Then I asked them to authenticate the call they gave me a toll-free number [protected] and told to recheck. Prior to that the caller gave me details of my last purchase he knows what I order how much I paid and even my address where it got delivered.

Hello, even my mother got the same call asking for 12000 INR as GST. We told them that they should deduct the tax amount and send us the cheque. But they refused to do so and it was clear that they are a scam.

My sister received the similar message and call. I contacted Naaptol customer care and confirm from them its a fake call and they registered a complaint from there end are going to investigate from there end

A few days back I got a call from NAPTOL Lucky Draw Center Jharkhand They Informed me that I have won a safari Car .For confirmation I called them to verify their authenticity from another number they told us that they are speaking from NAPTOL .Today again I received a call from Naptol and they gave us toll free no [protected] (which was also from NAPTOL) and told us to verify the scheme of safari car .one man from mobile no [protected] called me and gave SBI a/C no [protected] and request to deposit Rs 5500-00 for registration papers .Kindly tell us know Why these fraud person are cheating to innocent persons and NAPTOL is not taking any legal action against them.

Most funny part I never took any thing from naptol, but once called to same number asked about my gift they are ready to give. Its better to do fraud call to these fraud guys. So call and ask this person about prize have a fun. Worst part is our cyber crime department can not take any fast action about these guys.

I have transferred 8600rs to the fraudulent SBI account Number [protected] in the name of Prince Kumar IFSC Code (SBIN0003025). they have called again and asked to deposit 18400rs. and i have transferred to same account as above and they sent me the deposit message of 625000 to my mobile number as shown in the attachments.

so i request you to please take a strict action on these fraudsters and please revert back my money total (27000).

I got a phone call from naptol saying that I got a price amount of Rs 3, 50000/- with two gold coins and I have to pay Rs 3150/- to receive the package to postal department .. The parcel reached the postal office . Is there anyone received parcel like this ..

I also have fallen victim of this call. I have the number and photograph as well. If we all come together and file a complaint against it then we can solve the matter. The photo is of fraud. His name is Anuj Kumar. Number is-[protected]

I got a proper letter from Naptol along with scratch card coupon at my regd address where long back probably I placed order for some item thru TV ad.
After scratching I got a message of winning Rs 7 lakh cash and asked to send this code via sms to a no.
After sending this 2 days later got call and caller confirmed all the details and confirmed as well.
Now he is asking me to provide the account details either by sms or even on phone to transfer this reward amount which I refused to share.
Pl confirm where I can verify the authenticity of this and if fake then where I can share the callers no. to arrest him in fraudulent?

I think this is a fake I also received by postal asva same naptol card

I received a letter from Naaptol to my office address stating, won 6.5Lac as a scratch and win offer where they want me to share the Sms the code to this number and when I contacted them to check how did they got my office address they said they will transfer/credit the money into my account in 15Mins and they were making everyone fool which need to be stopped.

why no one is taking action on these kind of things which are really a annoying .
