On 8th sep 2023 while travelling from Bangalore to narayanapur in nagashree travels bus route Bangalore to hunasagi, no KA 01 AK 9320 the bus left majestic at 8pm without instructing us that there will be no dinner stop given, at 10.30 pm they stopped near a public toilet and asked to use washroom or have dinner in middle of road within 5-10mins...and there were no hotels to have dinner and when asked the staff spoke very rudely and told us to buy something and have dinner in bus that too bhelpuri was a option there...for long route journey in every travels provides a dinner spot or stops near by hotel nearly 20-30 mins to have food ..this bus agency is not following such any basic gestures and when asked the driver staff told you can ask at office or launch a complaint where ever you want..and when we contacted head office they also told that they are not afraid of consumer court or legal court and will not provide dinner stop and i[censored] want to complaint then go and complaint...such a rude behaviour of staff and almost all passengers are sleeping without food...there was no instructions about that dinner stop is not provided in here...after requesting so many times they aren't responding good and being rude to us...please look into this travel agency i.e nagashree travels and provide justice for us...

We had booked one ladies seat from bangalore to kumta on 14th April 2022 at 9:25 pm through redbus.com. pick up point was southend circle. When we called driver naveen he told due to traffic he ll be late for half an hour and told us to wait near clock tower in south end circle. After 10pm there was no call from driver. We called him back. He told he already reached majestic. We get shocked how he could left without...
