Respect sir/madum, I am a I literature lady My Name is Kamla Rajurkar, last 14 year I live property at Deshpande lay out plot no 484, which is actual allotted my grandfather in the year 1985 but by the iligal way my mother made registry on this property while I live on this property my mother name is shantabai Ganeshkar and without taken my permission my brother gift this property on his name by forced my mother Shanta I Ganeshkar while I live this property and change name and address without I concern I request please take actions and clear mutation name of property

I wish to bring to the notice of NIT that there are many Cables installed by Cable operators which run very low on pavements and sometimes they are installed at the entrance of the houses .

Kindly take strict action against these Operators

Nagpur improvement trust had leased my land to others!
Actually, it's an ancestral land which was unused by my family in nagpur city limits! Area is 24000 sq ft
We do have all the legal documentation including n. A & 7/12, property card of the said property!
Can someone explain me that how they leased my land to others? What is the procedure to cancel those leases? There are 6 encroachers in my property one amongst these 6 had also done a saledeed to somebody else.. I don't understand how could that saledeed be executed? When that piece of land is leased by nit? Can somebody answer my questions?

i have paid rupees 20389/- on[protected] as demanded by the nagpur improvement trust i also wrote a letter to nit on[protected],[protected];and[protected]. but till date i have not received R .l letter or any other query letter please do the needful. thanks Plot No.C-14, khasara No .-619/1 mauza- nagpur
