Very upset n pathetic to describe even this.i travelled from Mumbai to kolhapur, bus no 1044 in nakoda travells, my seat no was L2, L3, MY son kept on saying, it's smelling dirty, it came to my knowledge that blankets were not washed n had potty on it.

I availed the bus service from kolhapur to hyderabad on sunday 4th march 2018.

Other things being okay, i have a major complaint about the stop points for washroom.

Our bus stopped for dinner break at shivrai hotel at 10 pm. Although the stop was crowded, the washroom was extremely dirty.

Now coming to the 2nd stop point at 4 am in the morning. There was no washroom there at all. The bus had stopped at a toll naka, and there behind a big building in complete darkness were we supposed to relieve ourselves?

Do you guys even understand the importance of safety? It was completely dark there. And i unfortunately really had to go to the loo. Thankfully there were two other ladies with me and we sort of kept a lookout for each other.

But why do you charge almost rs 1100, when you can't even have decent stopovers? What about the safety of the female passengers travelling alone? (Like myself)

Do i need to mention separately how unsafe our country has become. Why can't you have proper facilities when you charge a bomb for customers? Let's say there were 20 passengers on board yesterday (20 being minimum). That's 22, 000 for a single trip. Why is then this money not used to provide proper facility and atleast basic safety? Yes, i did feel extremely unsafe. It was pitch dark at 4 am in the morning (What do you expect)

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Will think 100 times before travelling with your travels again and will recommend the same to others.

Oh yes, and this wasn't a stand alone incident. The same thing happened to my mother once when she was travelling. She was asked to relieve herself in the open

For god's sake. Please look for better lit, and enclosed washrooms for female travellers.

I do hope you take this complaint seriously. I don't want my money back. But least i can expect is that you provide basic facilities to passengers

Guys, please don't travel by nakoda travels for going anywhere. I had multiple experiences of their unethical practices. I am mentioning one of them below.

I booked ticket to go to my hometown (Sangli) from mumbai on redbus platform. My bus was at 9.40 pm on friday and tour operator was nakoda travels. I waited for around half hour and bus did not arrive. I called help line number on my redbus ticket but that phone was out...
