The road next to Nice road bridge nearing to Kommaghatta lake in SMV layout block 2 has been worn out.
The road is in pathetic conditions and making it very difficult to travel.

There are plenty of small agregates which leads to skid the bike.

I have been seeing this past 3 years and the condition is more worse.

Raised this complaint against BBMP. BBMP suggested that this road belongs to NICE.

Request officials to look at this and resolve at the earliest

Nice Road is charging the toll when the construction is happening between Electronic City and Tumkur road. when the commuters are facing delay because of the road congestion, how an company can charge full toll charges when they are not providing the service expected from them? Can you please take a action the same

I travelled from PES college Nayandahalli to Kanakapura toll exit now. I clearly mentioned about the same to the toll collector. He also took the money of 26rs and rendered change of 74rs for 100rs that i gave.
When I exited at Kanakapura toll the receipt collector stopped me and argued that the toll receipt is only for sompura and not Kanakapura. I was totally surprised and informed him that I travel regularly and that I have paid correct money. This discussion went on wasting my time at the toll. I still told him that it was not my mistake and to check with the toll for which the NICE staff denied.
Kindly check who has given the receipt and also ensure to give Correct receipt.

NICE toll authorities charged me twice sighting the reason that Fastag balance is low when there was enough balance.
INR 95 was deducetd from fast tag as well they collected the charges in cash.

I have been on Tumkur Road exit toll gate. There was a huge traffic building up for unknown reasons. Some of the vehicles did not follow the lane and queue discipline. After observing 3 vehicles jumping the queue I went and complaint to the Supervisors. To my shock, they were not supporting and on contrary allowing those offenders to move ahead.
This happened on 21st December, 2021; time around 1:00PM.
Also, the trucks do not follow any lane discipline and our life seems threatened as they suddenly change lane and also they usually take the fast lane and are dead slow causing the traffic to build behind when there are 2 or 3 trucks going parallel to each other. There is no police or traffic management. Seems that it is a private property and beyond Jurisdiction of our country

These staffs are worst in the world. Even govt also not taking any action against these people. Date 11/09/2021, i came from mysore and took toll in Nice road towards electronic city. The lady sat behand the toll booth gave me 10rs coins and telling that dont have the change. And if you want 10rs notes then park your car side and wait for it. This is how they are speaking with vehicle owners. Even i called kengeri police station. They told dont use that road itself. Even though these NICE road toll people are giving illegal coins and notes are damaged. That lady used lot of vulgar words when speaking with me. I went to manager of that toll, told him and raised the complaint, infront of him also she started abusing me. This is how that lady keep on abusing other passengers also.

The operator collected Rs 135 saying Fast Tag did not work and gave a receipt showing a different car number. The vehicle I was using was KA 03 AH 5179 and the receipt given is for KA 03 AF 5173.
Is this not daylight robbery and cheating ?

I was travelling from the link road entry point to bannerghatta road exit point. When i approached the toll gate there was a goods tempo which was carrying a ganesha for visargan with lots of youngsters inside. The toll gate collection employee asked for the toll and didnt wait for the payment but raised the boom to open the gate and the goods tempo left without paying. When i told him that the goods tempo didnt pay, the employee said it is ok it is for lord ganesha. I ignored as it was his problem that he had to show the accounts right.
Next was me and he asked me for the exit and i mentioned bannerghatta road. But when he was entering i didnt see my car registration number on the display. I also checked the ticket and/token which had the number of the goods tempo. The person sitting at the counter intentionally gave me the goods tempo ticket so that he could escape from his mistake but i would be ending up paying at the exit too if i had not checked. I parked my car and went to him and told him that he has given me the ticket which is not mine but the goods tempo. He tried to tell me that it is ok and not a problem. But i reminded him that i am not a fool to take it and end up paying toll at the bannerghatta road exit where i will be caught as the vehicle no. Is not matching. Then a senior person came and told him to change the ticket and token. I was then issued a fresh token but he collected back the token which he had given to me earlier.

The pavement surface is very undulated and full of potholes at many locations. The ride quality is very poor, maintenance is shoddy and is not worth the toll paid. Few places flexible pavement have been converted to rigid where the rideability is ok. Its almost impossible to avoid potholes on this road as either there will be a truck occupying the center or the road. Sometimes heavy trucks drive on the right lane there by slowing the traffic....

Description: We have paid Rs.200 at the Bannerghatta toll at 1:45 PM to go to Mysore road. The toll amount was Rs.65 and received a receipt and the change of Rs.135 which included a torn Rs.100 Note. Trusting the Nice company and heavy traffic behind, we took the change and moved on. On Verification, we noticed that the note was torn, with tape plastered on one side. On the way back, we approached the Mysore road toll to replace the note and tried explaining the situation. We were refused and tried once more at the Bannerghatta toll. The result was the same. We explained the situation to the supervisor and he refused to replace it. We advised us to come during the First shift as the personal who gave us the torn note was from the first shift.
They should have replaced the note as Nice company is a single entity and such incidents make us loose trust on the company. Please ensure customer satisfaction and train your operators better customer handling skills.

I was the driving my vehicle bearing no. Ka51 n 7726 towards mysore, when i entered the nice road toll at bannerghatta road toll booth, i had paid rs.500/- to entry toll ticket from bannerghatta road toll entry lane -8 to exit plaza mysore road. The behaviour of the toll booth operator, at bannerghatta entry lane 8, shift id-1, operator id 5728 at around 7.36.29 am on 10. Feb 2019, was very worst, arbitrary and unlawful. He took away the full amount of rs.500/- and did not issue change for remaining amount after deducting the toll charges of rs.65/-. When the same was questioned. The bannerghatta entry lane 8, shift id-1, operator id 5728, was questioning to go and ask cm, if change is required and nobody can do anything for him. He was engaged with a goonda who assaulted me, used all kinds of filthy language. The female members in the vehicle was apprehended by the attitude of the nice employees, this kind of behaviour was created an apprehension in the mind of general public. There is pathetic behaviour of the toll staffs. No exact change - the toll charges are such that the toll guys will never you back the right change for the fare.

Nice road entry and exit at hosur road sees a large number of vehicles especially during peak hours - mornings and evenings, there are thousands of daily travelers who use this road for toll road for office commute and a large number of commercial vehicles ply through this road. The toll entry and exit at hosur road are very badly managed, it takes nearly 20-25 minutes to enter the toll booth from hosur road and the traffic piles up for half...
