I had taken a loan on the nanocred application on playstore during covid. Suddenly I find the app to be removed by plsystore and now I'm not able to repay or I don't know how to close the taken loan amount. I am not able to apply for any new loan because of this pending amount created bad impact on my credit report. How do I close this loan. Please help.

I want to complaint against Nanocred because i have taken a loan of 2000 and i paid the amount to them but they are not updating on there server and increasing the money day by day. i am attaching the payment screenshots also

I taken loans from the nanocred and rupeehere application due to covid-19 india lockdown i can't able to repay the loan i told to concern team they said ok but next day call me thrice a day asking repay the loan they are not following rbi guidelines rbi told don't force for any loan repayment rbi rules applied to nbfcs also please take the action against nanocred and rupeehere application that companies call so many times per day and send messages of my contacts

I took a loan from nanocred but i can't able to repay my loan amount because of this lockdown and i requested to nanocred everytime that give me some time i will repay but they never listen to me and also they said that they will arrest me by police and also they call to my father and they also told to him that they will arrest him by police 😶😥
