I have ordered sarees on M/s Narivastra through online and paid an amount of INR3347.Order no:12994 date 08.02.2021.
Till date material has not been delivered to me.
Even after followups they are not responding.

I placed the above order (order description mentioned on Nareevastra.com: Impressive Purple Colored Soft Silk Saree - FB3211 / SKU : FB3211). But, they have cheated me by sending a poor quality wrong product.
Immediately, I informed Nareevastra.com about the wrong product sent by them. As advised by Nareevastra.com, I couriered the product back to them (at their registered office address : 46, 47, 1st Floor, Jay anand ind. soc-2, Dumbhal surat - 395002 Gujarat) through Professional courier services and they have confirmed the receipt of the saree returned by me.

I had requested for the refund, but they refused to provide the refund and they have credited the refund in my wallet. Now, without a choice I am forced to buy some unwanted product from their web site. Even if I want to buy something from their web page, they are not allowing me to place any further orders. I am not interested to buy from them after seeing lot of negative reviews about them and also with my bad experience.

Under the above circumstances, I request your intervention to get back my money totaling to Rs. 1, 849 (which includes both-ways courier charges).

I want to return my product i bought for rs. 1699/- as it no where upto my expectations. The quality is really cheap not worth this but the company is not responding to my calls or messages! They write return and refund policy in the site but on whatsapp it says only exchange.. But they are just not responding to anything.. How can i even exchange... I just need my money back!! Fraud site..!! Iand if this consumer complaints are also not heard n responded, then what is this complain site for???

I ordered a lehenga for rs. 1699 and delivery charges were 100.. The lehenga is of very poor quality, not at all matching the product that i saw in the picture when i ordered. I have uploaded picture u can see the quality difference! I didnt pay this much money for this # thing i got! I can see many reviews like mine now, i wish i had seen them earlier..!! But i didn't knew its fraud!! But now there needs to be a case. The owner is simply fooling everyone by selling cheap and wrong products.. This money is not worth by him.. That's our earned hardship! Return my money!!!
Are this complaints ever seen or this consumer complaints also a whole mess!!

I liked and shared a product code on the mentioned whatsapp#[protected]. The order was confirmed immediately without even checking the mode of payment or terms and conditions. I was behind them for 3 days to get an update that only Cash on Delivery is available. The saree was of such cheap quality and totally different from the image displayed.I raised a return request immediately and they gave a surprise that no pick up and the product has to be sent through speed post . I am working and hence couldnt visit post office immediately and hence send the parcel on the 5th day. Speed post normally delivers in 2-3 days. Now they are denying refund claiming that it is more than 7 days. They have neither bothered sending back the saree(which anyway I am not interested) nor refunding. This is a group of cheaters wherein we waste money on product and then sending on speed post. They are not courteous or professional in handling complaints.

I bought 2 silk sarees from this site, it claimed that the sarees will be as seen in the picture, the description of the product was different than what was delivered. The return policy was not displayed on the site until the product was dispatched and now since they won't return cash i will be forced to buy something instead which i don't want to.

I ordered 2 sarees from nareevastra.com and got cheated as the sarees delivered did not match to the quality shown in the website. The delivered product quality is very very very poor and cannot express the amount of difference from website to the actual product receive. I paid 2000 for 2 sarees and guide me how i can get a refund of the same.

I received my order from nareevastra.com, which is damaged and not product what was mentioned, they are not even responding to calls, emails and watsapp instead again in watsapp they are sending there promotions and asking us to shop again please help in getting back my money, i have paid them 1100 for this order, i received order on august 14th, this company has to shut
