I want to complaint again support staff councellor from NMIMS, on 15 July I received a message on watsapp about MBA programme, where I asked advisor kaushik if I can register in August since need to discuss with family and then can proceed if able to manage fees, advisor kaushik being forcefull stating 17 is the last day for registering and next year then I have to apply with no direct admission need to apply via exam, to which I asked I cannot pay fees before August, where advisor kaushik agreed that payment for admission can be made in August however I need to do registration before 17 of July, I have to pay 6200 for registeration and 30000 to be paid in August, after completing registration no details were informed if I wish to cancel .howevere I personally went through cancellation policy by searching it on website, after completing document verification and sending my photo ids, on 24th July advisor messaged me asking me to pay the admission fee where I was clear at the start that I will be paying my fee in first week of August howevere advisor denied stating class will start in August, to which I asked advisor to cancell my registration, I knew 1200 application fee as per policy is non refundable howevere 5000 part of admission fee to be refunded back, where advisor said I will be receiving call, . On 26th of July I got a call from NMIMS name amir who tried convincing me by stating it's a loss for mee if I don't complete the registration I won't be receiving any refund which is incorrect as per cancellation policy, since 26 th I am trying to followup for cancellations and refund however NMIMS is not responding have send multiple email case number for refrence#00356318#00356560#00357762 however no response from team, no update about my cancellation no responce on email even when I asked. Kaushik advisor he don't have update about it and he is just using a statement that I will be receiving call

My name is deepak student id no is [protected] in july 2018 i have take admission in pgdhrm at nmims university (Maharashtra). It is two year program and i was submitted complete fee of two years.
In this time i am in 2nd semester, but i do not want continue my course (Pgdhrm) i want to exit of this course. So i have approach to nmims representative for 3rd and 4th semester fee refund. Because yet i am in second semester i have told them to nmims university, you deduct two semester fee and refund my left money (3rd and 4th semester) but they not refund give to me.

Now they are told this is our policy but at time admission/fee payment not communicate regarding to this policy.
Please do the needful and help in refund of my advance fees.
Due to this i am mentally disturbed and suffering financially problems.
