The boys called from naswiz I went there and invested 1000 rs as per they said.
Before investing money they told me that if I can't get interest then they will back my money...
But they didn't they block my no. And don't receive my calls .
It is too much fraud members team
They harassed mentally newly boys who coming from out side and abolished students carrier.

This is P***** from Pune city. I came across this company through Sachin (employee of Naswiz, shivajinagar office, Pune) and after that I visited their office. They given me a presentation regarding the job but I was not convinced with the Sachin to pay 12000/- on the spot that too on my first visit. It was so embarracing for me that they were literally forcing me to pay 12000/- for a product. Later on I paid 1500/-...

There associate did not refund me my amount of rs 500. And they were forcing me to join it even after going 2 times to their office they refuse to give me my amount.

I have purchased 3 set o[censored]nit electronics items one unit costing is 25700/- after one year food processor jar completely break we are using another company items they are in good condition after 5 years but naswiz electronics items are costly and not good quality also please help me as soon as possible all three food processor jar has broken

I purchased products but when i asked for refund and return here in bikaner deepak warman and company treated me badly as they said jo ho sakta h kar lo refund nhi honge mene kyc submit nhi kiya is trh mna kar k ye govt guidelines ki dhajjiya uda rhe h or koi terms conditions nhi btana 420 ki or ishara karta h... Deepak warman and deepak arora pyramid scheme ko products k piche promote kar rhe h.. Refund k liye inkar krna vi yhi batata h......

It has been couple of months but till now no commission received as per the business plan of Naswiz Retails Pvt. Ltd. Even when i have recommended so many people & my friends have purchased many Naswiz products.

All my bank account details, pan card, etc all have been updated in KYC section of their website long time back.

Did inform our support center holder & senior distributors in the company; but they say it has been transferred. My bank statement saying it hasn't come, what more proof they want ?

Me & my friends are feeling cheated and i am so embarrassed.

Tried to write grievance on the Naswiz portal many times - "https://www.myshopwiz.com/myshop/grievance-redressal.asp " many times but server error comes.

i.e : "500 - Internal server error.

I read carefully the company cancellation policy, as per their policy within 1 month customer will get refund amount, for a proof i have attached that refund policy as a photo. As per policy i am eligible for the refund amount.

After cancellation first i talk with ramakant, but bcz of his rude behavior i directly start talking with customer care of naswiz ([protected]).

Customer care ask for time, after 1 month continuous talking they start rude behavior and refer me to talk with ramakant aagin.

Ramakant take time 1 month again, means upto end of april 2017. At the end of april he is start talking same thing, like - "it will take time", "its not in my hand", "give me a customer for replace your package"..

2 month is more then enough for refund amount for any company, but after 2 month if a customer not get any positive result but company with their agent try to harassment a customer repeatedly then we have no another option then go ahead with consumer forum.
