I visit your odhav branch b/h palm hotel ring road on Sunday 11 AM. In underwear department staff rudely denied to to see more options.and said 'ab nahi batavunga'. And when I tell him why you are behaving this, other two persons in staff came to me and like bullying with me. Please take some action on it. Make qualified staff like D-Mart. It is harmful for your brand.

I have visited national handloom naroda on 11.01.2022. I have to purchase loose til from bowl stored there one of staff mix brown til and white til in that even me and one other customer want only white til but they only argue " jo he yahi he lena ho to lo " and told that i am the owner of national handloom what you will do " kya kar loge "

So if i see food mixing in front of me so i think there is also mixing behind customer.

Sir maine 19.12.21 ko national Handloom se shopping ki thi 13120 Rs ki but jab mai billing karane gaya tab billing counter par mujhe handbill pakda diya gaya.kya ye sahi hai.jabki other national Handloom counter par Computarised bill milta hai.pls bataiye

I purchased some items on dated 23/11/21 @3.34 pm...in this ane item is insecticides purchase and write price on this is 279 rs/-. And national handloom price is 159 rs/-... Print
On bill amount is 280 rs/- of this product

We have buy 2 mattress from national handloom naroda, we asked to sales man to give us options with full foam with 40 density, he gave us cheap product by saying its an 40 density product with full foam, but actully that was half foam and half fake foam product. its a very bad impression of national handloom that sales man are selling products like that

I visited at national handloom located at nava vadaj, ahmedabad.
I have purchased groceries so that it weighted very heavy so i gave it to luggage counter but at there a lady employee didn't agree to keep my luggage as she misbehaved with me and told me to keep with you asides..
And she totally spoke very misbehavior wording at outside of handloom.

I am going To National Handloom on date:11/12/20, I purchase Choclate Packet, And i am going to bill counter for billing, So The Cashier Lady Mis behave Very Badly To me...
So, plz Say To Him How to Speak with customers And give punishment to her so they did not mistake next Time..
I hope you understand my complaint and solve as soon as possible.

I had purchased 2 parul papad packet from vadaj mall, but that got impaired,
Please suggest me what to do???
Due to lockdown i am not able to return the packet,
I have attached all the photographs.
I am getting bad smell from the pacaket.

I had purchased both the packet on same date. 2 month back i had purchased packet.
Please help me in this issue and take some action against this company.

I visited with my family to your national handloom – circuit house jodhpur on 28th oct 2019 to purchase some costumes, we ask for the size at the counter mr. Raju singh blindly stated that there is no size, either you buy this only otherwise gets lost. The very rude, arrogant, manner less and most unprofessional. I informed to the senior manager mr. Suresh, but they are also least bothered to handle complain. How can you keep such people when they don’t even have basic mannerism also they don’t know how to speak. Please do take appropriate actions against them.

I am manufacuter of ladies garments. I wanted to sell my products in nastional handloom. Your member his name dilip vismay his mobile num [protected]. I called person till last six month his not responsing my call and when he attaned his use very bed word and languague. It is very very worth think your employess very samfull. Take strike actioin his person.

At 9th July 2018 I have visited national handloom naroda, where I purchased some clothes for my baby, but however because of size variation I again visited that branch for change clothes and for other shopping with my family, and provided 2bills to manager Mr. Prakash mehra, but somehow I forgot to carry baby clothes bill, but price tag of national handloom was available on that clothes..but that manager abuse and insult me that how you can forget bill, u are so educated but u forgot, now go your home and carry that bill than only I will exchange clothes.that was very insulting for me even it's not possible to do things as he wants. So that moment was insulting for me infront of many people.
I need complaint against behaviour of that person.
Why National handloom is providing so many bills thats not possible to carry or store.

Today i visited national handloom circuit house road jodhpur
Mujhe vaha pe 6 number ka sendal lena tha but vha bahar counter pe tha nhi to mene vha khade handloom karmari ko bola ki yha pe he hi nhi. Fir mene vha pade bade number se sendal dekhe to mene unse pucha ki same esa 6 number me mil jayega kya to bole nhi to mene kaha he to dikha do na to vo bol rhe he ki yhi he lena he to lo varna rahne do fir mene unse dikhane ke liye jyada bola to vha pe 3-4 or karmchari aa gye or vo sb hmare sath badtamiji se bat krne lge or hme dikhane se mna kr diya fir mene unka name pucha to batame se mna kr diya fir mene complaint ka bola to usne apna name pancha ran choudhary bta or bola ki ja krna he jo kr le.

I would like to complain against your employees at the shahibaug branch of national handloom corporation, ahmedabad.
A utility pouch had its price tag listed as rs. 175, and chalk marking of rs. 370
There was one zipper missing which was shown by me at the bill desk. The person in-charge called out for the bag department person and handed him the bag for replacement. He plucked out the 175 rs. Pricetag and began to claim that the price is rs. 370 only. Additionally he blamed the customer for malpractice of attaching false pricetag. When reported to the bill desk, 3 to 4 of your employees gathered and began blaming us again. I am furious at such behavior and mismanagement that will continue to occur if no action is taken. Because of the behavior of your staff, i will not shop and advice the same to my connections. Even if this makes no difference to you at all, i needed to voice against such unacceptable behavior.

I have visited your mall located at new vadaj ahmedabad gujarat, i have found couple of time that their is no security checking when a person enter the mall through gate from basement parking. I would request that either establish security checking at that entry gate from basement or close that entry. You should not take any risk when you are having a huge number of customer visiting mall

Yesterday I purchased pant of amount 375 from ur khokhara branch then by ATM payment and amount debited from my account but auto generated receipt of transaction failed I got but

from my account amount debited and also I not get my product because o[censored]r machine mistake so i[censored] not rerurn my amount within 24 hours I will complain in national consumer forum against you

We always visit national handloom, nava wadaj, ahmedabad store but day by day our experience becomes worse. Your staff is very rude, arrogant, mannerless and most unprofessional (Especially at entrance gate, trial room and cash counter). There is also management is very poor. How can you keep such people when they don't even have basic mannerisms also they don't know how to speak, please do take appropriate actions against them.

Unfortunately we came out from the shop without purchasing and with very bad experience so if your staff doesn't understand about customer servicing and experience. Please train them. It's really required.

INCONVENIENCE FELT AT NATIONAL HANDLOOM – 6 (VADAJ, AHMEDABAD) It is appreciated that, there is a provision at NH – 6 for depositing customer’s bags before entering in the Handloom for purchasing items. Unfortunately, helmets are being refused to collect at counter along with bags even after requested by customer. This is causing highly inconvenience to customer while carrying out purchasing with family and small kids. Whereas other mall like Reliance is taking full care of customer’s convenience. I visited National Handloom – 6 (Himalaya Mall Building) Vadaj, Ahmedabad on 03 Mar 15 along with my family vide Memo No. HM6/[protected] and felt inconvenience during purchasing with holding such helmets. I requested to manager on the day, but he could not facilitate me to keep my helmets for the time being. I understand, customer satisfaction is first in your key result area. It is therefore requested to do needfull and make prevision to facilitate customer for depositing helmets also. Thanking you in anticipation. RS Chauhan, Ahmedabad.

This is the fourth time my plastic bag tore off in the store. I lost almost all of my sugar + all other things kept dropping from my bag. The plastic bag provided are of sub standard quality. The manager in spite of accepting his fault starting pointing towards me. He was out and out abusive and manner less. None the less I borne the loss without any replacement. This incident occured at the S G Highway outlet at Devarc Mall, Ahmedabad.
