Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that I had applied for PMAY- CLSS Subsidy Scheme through IIFL HOME FINANCE LTD and PMAY Application ID Generated on 08.09.2020 but i am tracking online continuously for the last Eight months but CLAP Portal Step No. 3 showing that the claim upload on Central Nodal Agency portal. NHB has received subcidy claim on 10.10.2020. which is pending & very delayed & till date not approved my subsidy claim & as well as I have lodged a complaint on CPGRAMS Online Portal 2-3 times before but CNA i.e National Housing Bank is only replying that it is under process, now I have completed one year on 20th March 2021 by taking home loan but still I didn't get the subsidy, please get me the subsidy as soon as possible. This is a humble request.

undue recovery of premium without any consent of the customer against home loan a/c no.120500006895

Respected sir,
In reference to the above, this is brought into your kind notice that I am maintaining above mentioned loan from LIC, HFL, Jabalpur. Till the month of January-2018, installment amount Rs. 8015/-month is being regularly paid by me and there are no dues against above loan account.
Surprisingly, I got the message in my mobile on 08.02.2018, that an amount of Rs. 8863/- would be debited towards the aforesaid home loan account. Such increase in the installment amount is too much higher side which is around 11% increase in installment amount.
On enquiring from Area Manager, LIC HFL official, Jabalpur, I have been advised that since loan amount was fixed for 2 years and after that hiked ROI is applied hence increased the installment amount from Rs. 8015 to 8863/- per month.
It is not out of place to mention here that any customer get the option to fix the loan amount for any specified period for getting ensure not to hike in ROI and thereafter ONLY prevalent market rate of interest is applicable since ROI is affected with the steps taken RBI by increasing or decreasing Repo rate taking into consideration of the norms laid by National Housing Bank.
Following few points are placed below for looking into the matter and rectify the above higher installment which has been injudiciously hike -
1) Any fixation of ROI for specified period is valid during that time and thereafter ONLY present ROI is applicable after expiry of that period. Nowadays, all the banks are reducing the ROI in India. On which basis, LIC HFL has drastically enhanced the ROI in above loan account?
Kindly arrange to provide the relevant instructions/norms of LIC HFL as being a customer I just wish to obtain these instructions/norms.
3) How any Bank can enhanced the monthly premium without any consent of the customer. Earlier they have not advised anything and now telling firstly that Rs. 10, 000 to be paid for reducing the ROI to the increased ROI from 11.5 to 9% but there is no hike in ROI in any home loan in India and RBI has not also hiked repo rate so far.
3) Sir, Is it crime for customer to fix the loan amount for the certain period in LIC HFL? Since, after expiry of specified period, present ROI should be applicable as rate of interest depending upon the present banking home loan interest which fluctuates on the decision taken by RBI with increasing/cutting of Repo rate. Since no Repo rate has been increased by RBI and such hike in my installment is beyond my comprehension and needs to be investigated appropriately.
Kindly look into the above matter and do needful as the no information has been provided by Area Manager LIC, HFL even after submission of an application physically. They are doing the work on the line as there is no statutory body upon them as they neither respond my reply nor given any information in the matter.

Sud:- Home Loan transfer from Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd(GRIHASHAKTI) to Dewan Housing Finance Corporation LTD.(DHFL)
I, Sukanta De, would like to inform you that I have taken Loan from Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd, (Durgapur Branch) the amount of Rs- 300000 /- (Three Lack Only) for 168 months ; Since 8 m0ths I am paying Rs- 3695 /- EMI @ 12% and the amount of Rs-1000000 /- (Ten Lack Only) for 168 mounths ; Since 8 months I am paying Rs- 13278 /-EMI @ 13.5% .DHFL(DURGAPUR, CITY CENTRE, W B.- 713216) has sanctioned HOME LOAN, @ Interest 9.25% . So, I need Foreclose Lettre and other Documents.I have requested the Branch Manager of Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd. several times for two months. But the Branch Manager is not helping me. The Branch Manager is saying to me to inform Customer Care of Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd.([protected]). I have informed Customer Care of Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd.severl times for two months for supplying Foreclose Letter. But
Customer Care of Fullerton India Home Finance Co. Ltd. is not giving me Foreclose Letter.
Hence I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps for supplying Foreclose Letter.

Sub: Home loan transfer from HDFC Ltd. to SBI Bidhannagar branch, request regarding.
I, Sri Tapas Kumar Chakraborty, would like to inform you that I was working in The fertilizer Corporation of India (A Govt. of India Undertaking) since 26 years and taken VSS on[protected] due to closer declare by the Govt. of India. Since then I am working in the private company. As there is no shelter of our family so I had taken loan from Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, City centre, Durgapur – 713216 the amount of Rs. 12, 25, 000/- (Twelve Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only) for 120 months and constructed a House at Steel park. Since 4 years I am paying Rs. 16, 751/- EMI @ 11.9 % . As SBI offers home loan transfer from others bank to SBI @ interest 9.95 % so I have applied for my home loan transfer from HDFCL to SBI with all required documents but my application has been returned by SBI due to non-submission of 2 nos.of documents (Annexure HL–O, Request – 1 & Up to date Loan A/c statement) which has to be issued by financier of HDFCL. I requested the Branch Manager several times and shown him the letter from SBI which I received for the procedure of loan transfer. The Branch Manager of HDFCL Mr. Kumarjit Sen replied me inappropriate manner and refused to issue any documents, whatsoever, to me. Several times I had send reminder through e-mail since on[protected] but they are not replied.
Hence I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps for the transfer of my home loan.
