After confirmation of an order worth ₹999, the site never opened, and now after more than a week they have delivered a product that was not what I ordered, they displayed fake product from other sites and sent cheap quality product, and they have not provided us with any contact information or any means to return it . Please help me return it and get the amount refunded . I am attaching photos of my order summary and the product I got...

I have ordered 5 set of bra and panties in naughtynice21.myshopify.com.

I have received wrong product with 3 set, also got very cheaper material. Very worst quality.

Product which I got and Picture they shown is completely different .
DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE BLINDLY. FAKE ADDS AND FAKE PRODUCTS.

Delivered wrong product and completely fraud as it is not reachable to return....

I had placed an order for a set of 5 Bras and 5 Panties.
But what I received was a set of just 3 Bras, that too of the wrong size and much inferior quality.

While ordering, I could see that this website had a 15 day return policy, but now I'm not able to see that option anymore.

I would like to return this product, and also ensure that this experience does not happen to anyone else....

Today i have received the order material but it was only 3 pcs i have received instead of 9 pcs

Please help to take back the material. And refund the money. Quality is also not good...

I ordered a 7bra set from this site for R.s 1099 but received completely different worst product quality and quantity which is totally different from what they show in picture.
I don't want this product. Please refund my money. Because this is not the product which I ordered.
