In the Portal it shows me a recruiter has contacted me via email but I am not receiving any email. Just getting naukari mails for new job update. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

I paid for premium services in naukari website. The amount got deducted with the below message but premium services are not activated even after a week time. I have not received the refund amount till the date.

INR 897.00 spent on ICICI Bank Card XX1006 on 14-Feb-23 at NAUKRICOM. Avl Lmt: INR 3, 05, 807.55. To dispute, call 18002662/SMS BLOCK 1006 to [protected]

I got a call telling me calling from naukari to attend an interview in Samsung company.i attended the interview and told ne that I was selected. They told me their salary package and lot of other details.i recorded it in my mobile phone.asked me for interview charge and told me they selected me as their employee and told me to pay bond and security of rs 6800.again asked me 10200to open a salary account i didn't pay it. After that they didn't repay my interview charges .and they switched off their phone their mobile numbers +[protected]
[protected] and WhatsApp number [protected].

I have received a call from naukri. She said I have conduct the interviews for some companies you have to 10/- for registration fee then I paid but my transaction failed after few minutes later my amount 24999/- debited from account.after that know one respond regarding my money please kindly resolve this problem. We hopefully expect to naukri administrators can resolve this issue.

On 21-feb-2018, i got a call from a girl who said that her name is monika c and she is from naukri.
She say that they are going to refund the amount paid for registration in naukri rs 10000 as i had not got offer.

And she convienced me to transfer rs 10000 through paytm (Gave their paytm account and asked to add money) and i did that believing her.
After that they did not refund the amount and the her ph no : [protected]. The next day that is 22-feb-2018, i came to know that was fraud call and call naukri and registered complaint.

If the above number is called from any number it is not reachable.

Can anyone help me as to what can be done.

Also please do not transfer money through paytm or any modes.
Kindly check if they say that they are calling from naukri then call the customer care and check.
