This is a fraud company, i booked the plot more than one month ago, but due to financial issues, cancelled the plot just after the next day of the booking, now it is more than one month they are not responding to our calls, and in their office also people not telling anything clearly.

One of my colleagues made full payment towards a site of navi homez and the deal did not happened on time due to delay from navi homez. My colleague cancelled the contract, however they have not given back the amount yet and delaying the refund process for almost 1 month now stating unreasonable things. He is going through a very bad time due to their inappropriate dealing with clients.

I have booked two sites each one dimensions 600 sq feet. Initially company sale executive told for offers if paid the amount at a time. After paying amount they continues postponing registration date. Same sites they sold to two persons. After they are not ready to refund the amount. At last send legal notice then their lawyer called me and intitimate thet they will calcel the previous registration and give you new sites
